在谈及中国游戏产业发展时,马峰介绍,中国游戏产业中占比最大的网络游戏,已连续多年保持近30%的增长速度。2015年中国游戏行业整体销售收入达1449亿元,其中网络游戏占91.8%。2016年前三季度,仅网络游戏行业整体销售收入已达1288.3亿元。

一个不可否认的事实是,中国游戏企业在游戏引擎开发技术,3D、VR、AR技术应用等方面均处于发展阶段,在故事内容、题材内涵、美术形象、用户体验等方面与国际一流水平还有差距。

对此,吉林艺术学院新媒体学院院长梁岩表示,中国游戏产业在文化方面有很好的资源可以挖掘,比如经典名著、古老神话、奇幻题材、古代技艺等,这是很有潜力的发展方向。

马峰认为,游戏作为高附加值的文化创意产品,在国际化的进程中担负着文化、风俗、价值观等输出的功能,已经成为发达国家展现文化“软实力”的重要阵地。“从这个角度讲,我们不仅需要技术型人才,更迫切需要能够讲好‘中国故事’的创意型人才。”

马峰表示,文化部将加大游戏人才培养力度。一方面,将游戏产业纳入对外文化交流合作的范畴,为企业赴海外学习国际化先进理念和成熟模式创造条件;另一方面将把网络游戏人才培养纳入文化部、财政部文化产业创新创意人才培养计划。
