“机遇来了，你躲都躲不过”
记者：听说杨利伟对您的影响比较大？
陈冬：是啊。2003年，我25岁，刚分配到飞行部队。有一天飞行归来看直播，他出征时穿着航天服的身影那么雄壮。当时真是热血澎湃：这才是顶天立地的英雄！后来听说他和我一样，飞的都是强击机，心里不由一动：有一天我会不会当航天员？
记者：这是一闪而过的念头还是一个目标？
陈冬：兼而有之。我飞的是强击机，低空，我一直想飞得高些、再高些，想冲出大气层看看。但我很清楚，当航天员没那么容易，需要机会。但2008年9月27号下午，神舟七号航天员翟志刚英雄在太空挥舞国旗的身影真正触动了我。我就想，我该为此做些准备了。没想到，第二年，中国就开始选拔第二批航天员了。
记者：机会真是说来就来。
陈冬：所以我总是说：赶上这个时代，是我们这一代的幸运。人生的每一个重大节点都与这个国家大时代脉动同频共振。尤其是这一次，本来以为错过了，但机遇来了，你躲都躲不过。
记者：给我们说说这里面的故事吧。
陈冬：当时航天员选拔体检的时候，我正带部队在西北参加军事演习，根本赶不回来。当时我觉得太遗憾了。没想到，演习结束回部队后，又接到体检的通知。原来，上面知道演习的消息后，又给了一次机会。当时真是开心极了。
记者：你的运气真不错，一选就选上了。
陈冬：很多战友都非常优秀，但你知道，飞行员训练强度大，很多人的颈椎、腰椎都有伤。我身体条件还不错，顺利通过了初试。
记者：复试的时候，谁给您做的面试？
陈冬：我非常非常幸运，竟然是英雄杨利伟面试的我。他那么亲切，问我愿不愿意成为航天员，怎么看到这个职业。我说：要把它当成事业干，不但要干好，还要把全身心投入进来。他对此非常肯定、赞许。那次面试之后，更加坚定了我为梦想付出努力的决心。
“做最好的自己，把能使的劲都使出来”
记者：能够进入“神十一“乘组，对您来说意味着什么？
陈冬：这是个切切实实的机会。进入航天员大队之后，我先后经历了“神八”“神九”和“神十”的发射，与我一起加入航天员大队的刘洋和王亚平，先后加入了“神九”和“神十”的乘组，飞向太空执行任务。因为“神九”和“神十”男航天员只在第一批航天员里选拔，我只能等待机会。这一等就是6年。
记者：等待总是漫长的，何况一等就是6年。
陈冬：6年已经很幸运了，景海鹏师兄等待了10年，刘旺师兄等待了14年，张晓光师兄等待了15年。这是一段长跑，又是一段短跑，你不仅需要耐力，还需要爆发力。
记者：长跑需要节奏，您如何把握自己的节奏？
陈冬：做最好的自己，把能用的劲儿都使出来，把能挤的时间都挤出来，全部投入到训练。将近两年的时间，我基本上放弃了所有的休息日。
记者：此刻即将出征，心情怎样？
陈冬：我能够入选“神十一”乘组，感到非常骄傲和自豪。自己的飞天梦想马上有机会实现，确实值得兴奋。但是兴奋过后，很快就趋于平静，把精力放在如何完成好此次任务上了。
记者：执行这次任务，你需要具备哪些你之前没有具备的素质？
陈冬：比如说“修理”工。如果有设备坏了，我要对它进行维修，这是以前训练没有接触到的。天宫二号是一个真正的空间实验室，在这里要做很多科学实验。这些科学实验跟以前不一样，我要从头开始了解原理、操作程序和故障应对……
记者：执行这次任务，你们的资料有多少？
陈冬：差不多两摞，一米多高，各种文件，各种资料，手册程序都包含在里边。
记者：这么多内容，会不会出现忙中出错？
陈冬：我有百分之百的信心把任务完成好，因为不到发射前一秒，我就不会停止准备。
“要百分之百信任对方，但是不能百分之百‘相信’对方”
记者：有人形容航天员是“超人”，超人是靠一个“能量棒”支撑他去做一些事情，你的“能量棒”是什么？
陈冬：战友和团队。没有他们的帮助和支持不可想象。特别是我的搭档景海鹏师兄，两次飞天的他也是我的偶像。能与偶像一起出征，还有什么比这更幸福和幸运的呢？
记者：您这次和景师兄在太空中的分工是怎么样的？
陈冬：这次分工，景师兄是指令长，他的担子比较大，负责我们乘组的飞行程序，飞行器的驾驶和照料。我在这次任务中主要是协助指令长的各项工作，同时我也有我自己的专属工作，比如说像一些飞行用品消耗品的统计，在轨的维修等等。我们分工不分家，景师兄有一句话说得非常好：要百分之百信任对方，但不能百分之百“相信”对方。
记者：怎么理解景海鹏的这句话？
陈冬：信任说的是我俩是生死之交，是生死战友，我们会百分之百信任对方。他可以依赖我，我也可以依赖他。但是，在执行具体任务的时候，我们之间要有怀疑精神，因为任何人在做任何事的时候，可能会出现一些疏忽。所以在这种情况下，就要发挥两个人的优势，相互补位，相互替对方来考虑，这样就可以确保我们每一个动作、发的每一个指令都是准确无误的。
记者：训练中遇到过这样的时刻吗？
陈冬：我记得有一次操作要去按一个按钮，我手要往上按的时候，景师兄扶了我胳膊一下。我当时第一反应就是肯定是哪儿不对了，然后我就又看了一下，确实是错了一行，因为要按第三行的按键，我的手是要奔着第二行去的。
记者：景海鹏说你们俩是“新老搭配、干活不累”，看来你们之间确实有默契。
陈冬：这种默契无处不在，你知道吗，宣布乘组结果的时候，我们俩什么也没说，就相视一笑。跟着他飞天，我心理上非常放松，没有什么压力，觉得心里更有底。
“我看着祖国的时候，他们也看着我”
记者：到了太空之后，紧张的工作之余有没有打算做些轻松的事情？
陈冬：完成工作是第一位的，闲暇时刻，我想争分夺秒透过舷窗好好看一看祖国，这也是我一直以来的愿望。在地球上，人类喜欢仰望太空；真到了太空，最依恋的还是地球家园。
记者：是啊，地球上有我们的祖国亲人。这次出征，你打算和家人说些什么？
陈冬：我最想说的就是不要让他们担心、让他们放心。我在上面也会照顾好自己，也带了一些家里的照片，没事我也会看一看。我想对他们说：不用太牵挂我，等着我回来。
记者：听说您特别喜欢给儿子讲故事？
陈冬：他们是一对双胞胎，我平时陪他们的时间太少了，所以我最大的业余爱好就是陪陪他们。我给他们讲《铁臂阿童木》的时候会说：爸爸就像童话里一样，一不小心就上天了，而且飞得很高很高。
记者：他们知道您是航天员吗？
