　　不少小伙伴一定好奇，航天员乘组是怎么选拔出来的？

　　中国航天员科研训练中心航天员系统副总设计师黄伟芬说，乘组的选拔需要从思想、身体、心理、知识和技能四个方面进行考评和综合评价。

　　针对这次任务以及未来空间站任务，乘组分别从第一批和第二批航天员中各选出1名。“首批航天员经验丰富，第二批航天员年富力强。新老搭配，干活不累。”黄伟芬说。

　　“新手”陈冬呢？听听他的自我介绍吧：“我首先是工程师，得做各种试验，还得是修理工，设备坏了要去修，也得是保洁员，要保持舱内的清洁环境，同时也是农民，要种蔬菜。”

　　不要小看这些角色，背后可是各项技能的掌握，看来成为一名航天员真是不容易啊。

　　航天员上天干大事了

　　都飞到太空去了，两名航天员可不仅仅是到此一游的！

　　他们身上肩负着最重要的任务可是做试验！做试验！做试验！重要的事说三遍。

　　据黄伟芬介绍，航天员系统策划了四大类十六项在轨试（实）验，包括脑机交互技术在轨适用性研究、植物栽培关键技术验证、在轨味嗅觉变化规律研究、失重心血管功能研究、在轨飞行对航天员视功能影响研究等。

　　这些高大上的研究有啥用，我们找几个专家来详细解释。

　　比如，脑机交互技术。黄伟芬介绍，在未来航天发展中，人和机器人要协同工作，一起去外太空探索。人不需要再操作键盘、鼠标甚至控制手柄，而是采用脑控技术、眼控技术等去操作。在太空，航天员处于失重、密闭环境，会对人的情绪、生理都造成影响。因此这样的技术能不能在太空使用，需要深入探索。

　　比如，在轨味嗅觉研究。黄伟芬说，采用味觉试纸进行酸甜苦辣四种基本味觉测试，玫瑰味嗅棒进行嗅觉敏感度测试，获取航天员在轨味嗅觉敏感度数据，观察在轨飞行条件下人体味嗅觉变化特点，为后续飞行任务飞行食谱设计提供参考。这意味着，航天员在太空就能吃到更美味的食物啦。

　　作为万众瞩目的航天员，大家一定关心他们穿什么吧！

　　航天员中心航天服工程研究室副研究员杨立众表示，这次为航天员配备的服装不仅体现了航天员职业特点和中国特色，还综合考虑了服装的使用场合、功能、美观、舒适和工效性。

　　航天员服装系列化的设计分为在轨系列，地面系列和服装配饰，共有10套之多，可谓是一场“时装秀”。小伙伴一定迫不及待地想看看这场时装秀了吧。

　　首先出场的是在轨系列设计，分为舱内工作服、舱内鞋、运动服、休闲服、企鹅服、内衣、睡袋。

　　舱内工作服与舱内用鞋的搭配，主要是为航天员在舱内正常温度时进行空间科学实验和操作生活所设计的。

　　休闲服的设计是为了航天员在轨驻留期间日常穿着。

　　重点登场了！企鹅服的设计充满了科技感，里面有很多弹性带，穿上后可通过弹性的作用，使肌肉得到紧张，避免失重引起的肌肉松弛骨质丢失。

　　接下来出场的是地面系列设计，分为常服、地面训练服、作训大衣和常服大衣。

　　常服是为航天员参加正式场合所设计的，地面训练服用于地面训练操作。

　　冬季外出时，航天员可在地面训练服外搭配作训大衣，用于御寒保暖。服装保暖、轻质、美观、便于护理清洗。

　　为航天员提供100多种美味佳肴

　　说了那么多时尚的服装，是不是忘了介绍大家最关心的美食系列了。

　　航天员中心航天营养与食品研究室副主任曹平说，这次33天的飞行任务中，航天员的食品在种类上比之前的神舟九号、神舟十号更加丰富，有100多种。

　　在神舟十一号自主飞行段，航天员可能食欲不佳，所以会配备粥等清淡的食物。

　　等正式入驻天宫二号后，航天员就可以享受到如同在家里生活一样的一日三餐的待遇了。他们的吃饭时间与地面同步，包括主食、副食、即食、饮品、调味品和功能食品等六大类产品，酱牛肉、鱼香肉丝等传统菜肴都有，五天之内菜谱不会重样。

　　不仅有美味的菜肴，航天员还可以享用甜点。

　　此外，考虑到中期飞行航天员的身体状态变化，结合中国医学食疗食养的理念也配置了相应的食品，使航天员有更好的体魄完成工作。

　　曹平说，航天食品的保存期限一般在一年以上，但不含防腐剂，是安全可靠的，可以在美味可口的同时为航天员提供充足的能量和营养。

　　为了让航天员吃到热腾腾的饭菜，天宫二号里面还配备了专用的食品加热器。航天员的饮用水也是经过特殊方式消毒，能够长期保质。“在未来空间站，将实现尿液净化的饮用水。”曹平说。

　　除了工作、吃、穿之外，别忘了航天员还有个人休闲时间。

　　黄伟芬说，这次任务，航天员作息制度逐步向空间站设计过渡，采取6＋1周工作制。每周工作6天休息1天，给航天员更大的自主安排和调整权。

　　利用个人休闲时间，航天员可以做自己想做的事，比如看看电影、拍拍照、与家人通话等。
