　　李复兴建议，要确保家庭饮水健康，最好选择天然桶装矿泉水来饮用和做饭。因为优质的矿泉水一般源于人迹罕至的高原山区和冰川雪山，完全杜绝了污染，健康又安 全。而且，即使用矿泉水煮饭、煲汤，一天投入也不过几元钱，对一生的健康而言，是非常划算的投入。至于平日洗澡、洗衣、拖地等日常生活用水使用自来水是没 有问题的。
