10月15日下午，多位网友爆料兰州市动物园疑似虐待大熊猫。微博附带多张大熊猫图片，图中大熊猫身上有大片污渍，疑似有血迹和溃烂。一位网友描述称，“五泉山动物园的大熊猫好像是受伤了，背上有伤口，还那么瘦，好可怜。”网友微博引起社会各界广泛关注。
真相到底是什么？10月16日上午记者来到五泉山动物园熊猫馆展馆时并没有看到熊猫的出现。许多游客同样冒雨前来看熊猫只得失望而归。记者了解 到，该舆情出现后，国家林业局、甘肃省林业厅责成甘肃省野生动植物管理局调查此事，兰州市委、市政府高度重视，兰州市生态建设管理局于16日上午成立了兰 州市动物园大熊猫受伤网络舆情应急处置领导小组，立即开展工作，分别进行现场调查、制定治疗方案、网络舆情回复等工作。

雷青海表示，被大家关注的大熊猫名为“蜀兰”，今年22岁，1994年8月31日出生于四川，1996年被引入兰州动物园，1999年被再次送 往四川大熊猫保护中心进行合作繁育，期间生育两崽，因已不适宜繁育，于今年4月被再次返回兰州动物园。10月14日上午，熊猫馆饲养员报告大熊猫“蜀兰” 背部右侧发现有伤口。管理人员及兽医即刻到达现场，查看伤口情况，伤口约1厘米，随即进行了伤口处理（生理盐水清洗后采取碘酊消毒），大熊猫“蜀兰”未发 现其他不适表现，精神状况良好，食欲正常。鉴于外伤已处理，伤情不严重，随后在熊猫馆运动场正常展出。而熊猫16日早上没有外出是因配合相关部门检查，有 关人员在给熊猫上药治疗所致。
举一反三开展隐患大排查
