  新华社长沙10月17日新媒体专电(记者白田田)近日,有媒体报道称,湖南张家界市慈利县一座建成6年的澧水大桥桩基外围混凝土脱落、钢筋外露,形同“蜂窝”,被质疑存在质量问题。


  慈利县政府有关负责人向记者表示,有关部门和大桥设计、施工、监理方已经赶往现场查看,17日省级第三方鉴定机构也已进入现场开始检测工作。检测报告出来后,将立即对大桥进行维护,让公众放心。如果有安全隐患问题,将认真进行整改。


  据了解,近期随着慈利县城关电站放水检修,澧水水位降低,城区段澧水河床裸露,澧水大桥的桥墩桩基部分显露出来。根据网上流传的图片,一些桥墩桩基底部出现了不同程度的混凝土脱落现象,部分钢筋暴露在外。


  桥梁设计方项目负责人给出的解释是,澧水大桥在桥梁设计之初就做了大量考察工作,桥体设计本身符合设计规范要求,出现脱落的原因可能与水流等其他因素有关。


  湖南省一位桥梁专家分析认为有多种可能,一是大桥施工时可能没有按设计要求,将桩基埋于河床以下一米;也可能是在设计时没有充分考虑导流问题,河水流速比较急,对桥墩冲刷严重。若是这种原因,应该尽快处理,比如重新浇筑桩基,并做好导流措施等。
