Which way to quench their thirst is most effective? Some ice soda-soda, thirst-quenching-IT information

In the second study, 10 volunteers were asked to see the cup of liquid in case they drink ice water, the amount of room temperature water or soda. The researchers found, they overestimate their own drinking ice water and the amount of soda, they think they are drinking ice water and more soda than water at room temperature about 22%.

在第二项研究中,10名志愿者被要求在看不到杯子中的液体的情况下估计他们喝下的冰水、室温水或者苏打水的总量。研究人员发现,志愿者都高估了自己喝下的冰水和苏打水的总量,他们认为自己喝下的冰水和苏打水比室温水要多22%左右。

因此,口渴的时候喝啤酒或者苏打水是有道理的,但是这也可能会导致你认为自己喝下了更多的水,让你出现脱水的情况。在口渴的时候喝一些不带气泡的温水会更好一些,这样能让身体补足需要的水量。
