　　中新网北京10月19日电（记者 程春雨） 今日，国内成品油零售价格调整窗口再次开启。多家机构预测，油价将迎来年内第七次上调，预计本次汽柴油每吨上调幅度300元-350元区间，为年内最大涨幅，私家车加满一油箱要多花15-20元。

　　上一轮调价窗口（9月30日），国内油价因调价幅度在50元/吨之内而搁浅。9月底欧佩克意外达成限产的声明助推油价上涨。本轮计价周期，国际油价国庆期间大涨，成品油调价首个工作日便呈现较大幅度的上调预期；随后国际油价供应过剩及美元走高影响下重回震荡走势，但本周期内国际油价均价继续上扬。

　　国际原油期货价格周一收跌，纽约商品交易所WTI期货主力合约价格下跌0.8%，收于每桶49.94美元；伦敦洲际交易所布伦特原油期货主力合约价格下跌0.8%，收于每桶51.52美元。

　　截至北京时间10月18日（本轮第9个工作日），以隔夜国际油价交易数据测算，综合上轮搁浅幅度后，隆众石化网监测显示，预计本次汽柴油每吨上调320-340元，折合每升上调约0.24-0.29元，最终调价幅度亦有超越每升0.3元的可能。

　　中宇资讯预计，汽柴油每吨上调幅度300-350元；以300元计算，折合升价为92号/93号每升上调0.23元，0号柴油每升上调0.26元。卓创资讯测算，汽柴油每吨上调345元，折合升价为，92号/93号汽油每升上调0.27元，0号柴油每升上调0.29元。

　　国内成品油定价机制采用 “十个工作日一调”的原则。2016年以来，国内成品油调价已经历19轮计价周期，呈现“六涨四跌九搁浅”的格局。

　　成品油调价9次搁浅中3次正常搁浅，6次因地板价新政而不作调整；汽柴油6次上调累计幅度分别为每吨985元、955元；4次下调累计幅度为每吨670元、650元。涨跌互抵后，截止到上一轮调价结束，年内汽柴油每吨分别上涨315元、305元。

　　多家机构认为，此次成品油调价落实，将实现年内成品油价格最大幅度的调整。据卓创资讯监测数据显示，目前“国五”92号汽油零售价主流在每升5.89-5.94元，“国四”93号汽油零售价主流在每升5.65-5.93元。一旦本轮调价落实，实施“国五”和部分实施“国四”标准地区的汽油将全面回归到“六时代”。

　　隆众资讯原油分析师李彦分析，若上调落实，一般私家车加满一油箱相当于要多花15-20元左右。不过当前民营加油站优惠力度较大，每升在0.4-1元左右，中石化、中石油旗下的加油站也有限时优惠活动，加油可供选择的选项较多，因此车主出行成本并不会受到明显影响。

　　中宇资讯分析师孙晓飞认为，目前成品油市场受本轮调价宽幅凸显的上调预期影响，油价大幅推升，东北及华北地区负号柴油置换工作陆续展开，山东地炼方面0号柴油资源紧张，带动周边柴油价格大幅上涨至批发到位价。另外，四川、湖南及河南油品升级工作已提前展开，普柴资源显紧，油价持续高位保持。国内油市利好大于利空，后期伴随成品油调价落实，油价将有继续推涨的可能。（完）
