China's Supreme People's Court: protection of Qiu shaoyun heroes, such as personality rights

October 19, at 10 o'clock in the morning, China's Supreme People's Court held a news conference to release protection "in Liang ya Hill five heroes" heroes, such as personality rights cases and related information. 中国最高人民法院：保护邱少云等英雄人物人格权益

　　10月19日上午10时，中国最高人民法院召开新闻发布会，发布保护“狼牙山五壮士”等英雄人物人格权益典型案例并介绍相关情况。中国最高人民法院院新闻局巡视员王玲主持新闻发布会，中国最高人民法院院民一庭庭长程新文、副庭长冯小光出席发布会。程新文称，当天新闻发布会的主题是向大家通报人民法院依法保护英雄人物名誉等人格权益，弘扬社会主义核心价值观典型案例的有关情况。
