　　长江日报10月18日消息，长江日报记者10月17日从汉口国际滨江商务区19栋楼房爆破拆除工程方案评审会上获悉，该市将一次性爆破拆除19栋、共计约 15万平方米的楼房，爆破方案已经获得包括6名中国工程院院士在内专家评审组的首肯。专家评审组组长、中国工程院院士汪旭光对记者表示，在闹市区内这样的 一次性拆除规模，国内尚属首次。

　　作为武汉“两江四岸”地区的重要组成部分、实施规 划的重点功能区，汉口国际滨江商务区核心区定位为聚集国际企业总部、地区企业总部，规划面积约250万平方米，其中地下建筑总面积超百万平方米。中国工程 院院士王复明说，该商务区地理位置很好，规划也非常好，计划实施的爆破工程有利于社会发展。

　　一次性爆破可节省百天时间

　　“一 次性爆破19栋楼，比一栋一栋楼爆破效率更高，而且只需要进行一次现场准备工作等，节省了大量社会资源，至少可以节省3至4个月的拆除时间。”谢先启说， 爆破数量多，不代表其产生的振动就会同步增大，经过技术人员的测算，只要控制好时间和炸药量等，爆破19栋楼产生的振动不一定大于单栋楼相应振动幅度。

　　爆区环境复杂

　　记 者10月17日来到计划实施爆破的现场进行探访，这19栋楼房位于我市交通主干道——解放大道的东侧，沿头道街路至二七路临街分布，群楼紧邻轨道交通1号 线高架桥，四周又分布有大型社区、商场、人行天桥、1号线二七路车站和变电站等基础设施。技术人员说，地下还分布有电力、天然气、信息网络、给（排）水等 浅埋市政管网，爆区环境十分复杂。

　　尤其是1号线二七路车站，其车站主体距离6号楼仅有15米，人行通道最近处距离6号楼仅有10余厘米。一旦爆破启动，车站以及附属设施的安全将极其引人关注。

　　相关技术人员表示，针对这一问题，他们已有相应解决方案。在爆破前，将拆除掉紧邻车站的相关结构，并在车站通道外搭设脚手架，对其周边进行覆盖和遮挡。据悉，这一方案还将用于3号楼的爆破施工中，该楼旁有一处解放大道人行过街通道，距离3号楼较近。

　　据了解，在拟爆破的19栋楼中，2至7号楼由于临近解放大道，为了确保安全，将采取纵向爆破的方式，即起爆后楼房将原地垮塌，其余楼房将采取定向倒塌的方式，倾倒在空地上。

　　中国工程院院士汪旭光说，对于上述爆破方案，他和28位国内知名院士、专家和教授等均表示认可，只要按照施工规范操作，一次性成功可期。

　　预计消耗5吨炸药

　　从开始爆破到楼房全部倒下约9秒钟
