　　网传通报显示，窦某某，男，1965年生，现任阳泉市公安局交警支队二大队大队长，经依法侦查查明：2016年9月30日23时许，窦某某趁尚某某在二大队指挥中心值班，以检查工作为名，违背尚某某意愿，使用暴力，强行与其发生性关系。认定上述犯罪事实有报案材料、被害人陈述、证人证言、物证、窦某某的供述与辩解等证据证明。

　　关于网传窦某某系阳泉市城区人大代表一事，今天下午，南都记者从阳泉市城区人大了解到，此事属实。阳泉市城区人大一名冯姓工作人员表示，窦某某是今年8月区人大换届时新当选的人大代表。冯姓工作人员介绍，按照选区划分，公安局有一个人大代表的名额，阳泉市公安局交警支队二大队的执法区域正是阳泉市城区，公安局遂推举窦某某为区人大代表候选人。

　　关于窦某某的履职情况，冯姓工作人员表示，区人大刚刚换届，尚未来得及组织人大代表进行视察，因此也谈不上履职。

　　冯姓工作人员亦透露，窦某某是在10月9日召开的区人大常委会上被表决通过暂停人大代表职务，许可对其采取强制措施的，当时是区公安分局向区人大常委会递交的对窦某某采取强制措施的申请，会议现场宣读了窦某某涉嫌强奸案案情通报。

　　冯姓工作人员表示，窦某某涉嫌强奸一案侦办出结果后，区人大可能走罢免程序，去除其人大代表职务。
