山西省委原常委白云受贿1781万 被判12年

　　2016年10月19日，江苏省南通市中级人民法院公开宣判山西省委原常委、统战部长白云受贿案，对被告人白云以受贿罪判处有期徒刑十二年,并处没收个人财产人民币二百万元；对白云受贿所得财物予以追缴，上缴国库。

　　经审理查明：2004年至2013年，被告人白云先后利用担任吕梁地委副书记、吕梁市委副书记、阳泉市委副书记、阳泉市人民政府市长、阳泉市委书记、山西省委常委、统战部长等职务上的便利，为他人在企业改制、承揽工程、职务调整晋升等事项上谋取利益，非法收受他人财物，共计折合人民币1781.83015万元。

　　南通市中级人民法院认为，被告人白云的行为构成受贿罪。鉴于白云到案后，如实供述自己罪行，主动交代办案机关尚未掌握的大部分受贿犯罪事实；认罪悔罪，积极退赃，赃款赃物已全部追缴，具有法定、酌定从轻处罚情节，依法可以从轻处罚。

　　法庭遂作出上述判决。
