　　本报讯（记者张晟）长江日报记者昨日获悉，我市首段拼装式防洪墙正式亮相流通巷汉江畔，不同于填土筑堤和钢筋混凝土防洪堤，拼装式防洪墙在非汛期时可拆卸，且拼装简单，既美观又实用。

　　2012年7月，水利部长江水利委员会批复了武汉市流通巷拼装式防洪墙建设项目，即设计洪水位以上防浪部分堤防采取拼装式防洪墙结构形式，建设长度218米。

　　市 城市防洪勘测设计院有关专家说，拼装式防洪墙在欧洲应用广泛，在捷克、奥地利、德国、斯洛伐克、荷兰等国洪水期的实践运用中发挥了重要作用。相比传统的填 土筑堤和修建钢筋混凝土防洪堤的结构形式，拼装式防洪墙解决了传统土堤占地面积大、钢筋混凝土堤防阻碍观江视线、砂袋临时筑堤破坏城市环境等有关问题。

　　但是进口防洪墙费用高、订购周期长、后期维护管理难度大。专家称，此番流通巷使用的拼装式防洪墙实现了本地自主研发，可谓百分之百的汉产“抗洪神器”。该防 洪墙立柱为不锈钢材质，挡板为特殊材质的铝合金，强度较大，能够顶住洪水长时间浸泡和高强度加压。每块挡板宽20厘米、厚4厘米，中间空心。每10块挡板 组成一面挡水墙，拦水高度范围为28至30米。

　　相关技术人员介绍说，在汉江水位较低时，可拆除拼装式防洪墙。汛期如果需要使用该防洪设施，2个人用3天就可以将218米全部拼装完成。如果人员充足，几小时内就可以拼装完毕。

　　汉 产拼装式防洪墙通过5年时间大量实验、检测、专家论证鉴定，试运用的拼装式防洪墙取得了一项国家知识产权局颁发的专利成果，经武汉大学工程检测中心对型材 的检测，数据显示型材强度及变形等指标均能满足相关要求，并且拼装式防洪墙实施方案于今年6月27日通过专家技术审查。拼装式防洪墙在自身稳定、变形、止 水、安装和管护等方面均能满足各项防洪要求。

　　据悉，在流通巷试点运用的基础上，我市还将根据试点运用情况和社会各方的建议和意见，不断优化、完善拼装式防洪墙技术，在确保城市防洪安全的前提下，探讨在汉江下游设计洪水位以上部分防洪墙，推广运用拼装式防洪墙结构。
