成都商报10月18日消息，面对“张献忠宝藏”的巨大诱惑，村民们逐渐狂热，甚至组建起了盗宝团伙，买来船只、潜水服等组团盗宝。2015年起，眉山市彭山区江口镇双江村十多名村民陆续被带走，江口深夜的河面，才逐渐回归平静。
为了宝藏，村民们究竟干出了哪些疯狂的盗掘行为？连日来，成都商报数次深入双江村，独家对话多名犯罪嫌疑人，还原这个位于江口沉银遗址处村庄的“财富梦”的兴起、疯狂至平静。
此外，10月17日，成都商报记者梳理从法院系统拿到的多份判决书后发现，江口沉银盗掘系列案中，已有25人被判刑，涉盗掘古文化遗址和倒卖文物等四项罪名，其中21人缓刑。
这 些被判刑的人中，至少有三对父子一起参与盗掘，甚至还有一家五口组团盗掘。在25人中，江口沉银遗址处的彭山区江口镇人占了将近一半，共有11人，其中8 人被判缓刑。自8月起他们陆续回家后，在正经务工、开始新生活的同时，还要每月到社区做公益，学习《刑法》《文物法》等。

10月17日，成都商报记者从眉山市彭山区检察院获悉，从去年5月开始，该院侦监科主动提前介入该重大案件，引导公安机关侦查活动，同时对侦查活动进行法律监督。截至目前，警方移交该院的19件相关案件（52人），已经全部移交给彭山区法院起诉。
据四川法院系统消息，由于该案系多个团伙作案，涉案人员众多，多名法官加班加点开展相关审判工作，目前19件案件中有8件（25人）已经宣判，主要涉及盗掘古文化遗址和倒卖文物等四项罪名，其中21人被判缓刑（名单详见附表）。
社区矫正

在已被宣判的25人中，江口沉银遗址处的彭山区江口镇人就占了将近一半，共有11人，8人被判缓刑，其中就有汪海等人。
8月起，汪海等人陆续回家后，在就近的工地等选择务工、开始新生活的同时，他们还每月到社区做公益，学习《刑法》《文物法》等。
根 据江口镇政府信息显示，2016年8月以来，江口镇组织社区服刑人员进行了多次学习，强调了社区矫正的各项纪律，言行举止必须规范，积极参与所在村上安排 的公益劳动。为每名社区服刑人员发放了《以案说法》读本，并组织社区服刑人员学习了《刑法》摘录，让每名社区服刑人员抄写一遍再将原件带回家继续学习。此 外，还组织学习了《社区矫正实施办法》《四川省社区矫正实施细则》《文物法》等。

三对父子齐上阵，一家五口分“股份”

今年52岁的徐某某是彭山本地人，他和王某等四人组建了盗掘团伙。王某等人觉得既不能下水又不会开船的徐某某在团伙中一无是处，挖宝时开始有意避开他，背着他在江里挖宝。争吵之后，徐某某和王某等人分道扬镳。
不甘心的徐某某叫上了自己的儿子徐某一起去成都学习潜水，并购买了潜水设备，之后，徐某某父子和另外两人又组成了一个团伙。徐某某父子轮流下水。
徐某某表示，让其子加入挖宝是因为儿子没有工作，轮流下水是因为人手不够。而同样从事过盗挖的小余则表示，那是因为徐某某对别人不信任，所以和儿子轮流下水。
除了徐某某父子，成都商报记者查阅判决书发现，在25名被宣判的犯罪嫌疑人中，至少还有两对这样的父子组合。
汪海的家，正是在江口镇双江村，几间低矮的青瓦房，距离江口沉银遗址直线距离不过五百米。许多晚上，他在家就能看见江面上正在盗掘的船只，时间一长，他就忍不住动了心。一开始，他的盗掘团伙里只有自己和两名妻弟刘达、刘而。
起初，汪海和刘达、刘而各投了3万元左右。几天后，团队里又加入了刘达、刘而的儿子小刘、刘某两人。虽然干的是违法的勾当，但几人竟将盗宝当成了正儿八经的“生意”：刘达、刘而兄弟两家四人，占四股，汪海等人占剩下的“股份”。
为了挖宝，各“股东”根据占股比例投资购买了氧气瓶、潜水衣等。在盗挖过程中，除了年过六旬的汪海，几人轮流下水，团伙先后挖到西王赏功钱币、碎银和银锭等物品，全部卖给了他人，每人分了七万余元。
“祖辈们老老实实，一辈子安分守己，如今我们一家五口却都干这种见不得人的事，咋个对得起祖先哦。”如今，汪海和两个妻弟都悔恨不已。
追赃故事
四进四出西北，追回国宝级帅印
追回文物中，“虎钮永昌大元帅金印”尤为引人注目。这枚国家一级文物以800万元卖出，这枚金印能平安归来，凝聚着眉山警方大量心血。
摸 排到某盗掘团伙曾盗挖到张献忠1枚金印的信息后，专案组立即加大对该团伙的审讯力度。进而掌握了该团伙2013年清明节的一天晚上在江口镇对面的岷江河道 内盗挖到1枚金老虎，3天后在同一位置又盗挖到1枚金印，后该枚金老虎印以800万的价格卖给了彭山某文物商人的线索。经进一步侦查，发现该金老虎印几经 转手后流向西北某省商人鲜玉昆。了解到鲜玉昆系某公司董事长兼总经理，专案组随即派出工作组到西北某省开展工作。
在中国公安部、西北某省公安厅和当地公安机关大力协调下，2015年10月，专案组与鲜玉昆进行了正面接触。经过十余天较量，鲜玉昆承认与成都某商人有过文物交易，但否认与其有过金老虎印、金银册等涉及彭山的文物交易。追赃工作陷入僵局。
专 案组立即对案情进行分析研判，找到了突破口：根据相关证据佐证，鲜玉昆涉嫌掩饰隐瞒犯罪所得。专案民警遂赶赴西北某省，开展了大量艰苦细致和卓有成效的工 作。2015年11月30日，专案组副组长刘长林、郭益不畏辛劳，再次带队前往西北，多方协调和做工作，采取依法向鲜玉昆口头和书面传唤等法律措施对其施 压。同时，在中国公安部、西北某省公安厅和当地公安机关的大力协助下，积极做鲜玉昆及其家属工作，宣传相关法律法规和文物保护政策，营造风雨欲来之势。
2016 年4月初，鲜玉昆迫于压力主动与专案组联系，表示愿意将其购买的涉及彭山的文物上交给公安机关。最终，专案组“四进四出西北”，于4月21日成功从鲜玉昆 处收缴文物102件。经鉴定，一级文物4件（其中“虎钮永昌大元帅金印”为国宝级），二级文物15件，三级文物30件，一般文物53件。
眉山警方表示，追回文物当中，最为珍贵的为“虎钮永昌大元帅金印”和“长沙府天启元年伍拾两金锭”，这两件文物均为国宝级的一级文物。“虎钮永昌大元帅金印”铸造于1643年农历11月，是张献忠沉船文物中的核心文物，对考证沉船文物性质极为关键。（文中嫌疑人系化名）
