开封原市委书记受贿案：受贿2千万

　　中新网郑州10月21日电  (记者 李贵刚)河南省高院10月21日消息称，开封市原市委书记祁金立受贿一案在河南省濮阳市中级人民开庭审理，检方指控其受贿2千余万元人民币。

　　籍贯河南滑县的祁金立，2014年12月31日，因涉嫌严重违纪，被查落马。

　　公诉机关指控：2000年至2014年，被告人祁金立利用其先后担任平顶山市委常委、组织部长，郑州市委常委、组织部长，郑州市委副书记，漯河市委副书记、市长，开封市委书记的职务便利，非法收受他人财物共计2020.55万元人民币，为他人谋取利益，数额特别巨大，应以受贿罪追究其刑事责任。

　　法庭上，控辩双方围绕公诉机关指控的事实进行了举证、质证。在法庭辩论阶段，控辩双方就本案事实、证据及法律适用问题各自发表了意见。

　　被告人祁金立在最后陈述中称，自己受党培养教育多年，辜负了组织期望和人民重托，对不起组织、人民和家人，愿意接受法律惩罚，认罪悔罪，今后一定好好改造。

　　最后，法庭宣布休庭，择期宣判。
