陕西榆林能源集团有限公司原党委书记、董事长王荣泽 央视记者从宁夏高级法院了解，陕西榆林能源集团有限公司原党委书记、董事长王荣泽受贿经宁夏高院审理作出判决，王荣泽犯受贿罪，判处有期徒刑11年，并处罚金人民币20万元，所得赃款予以依法没收，上缴国库，目前该判决已生效。
2003年至2013年间，王荣泽利用其先后担任陕西榆林能源集团榆神煤电有限公司董事长、总经理，陕西榆林能源集团有限公司(以下简称榆能集团公司)党委书记、董事长的职务便利，为他人在煤炭购买、铁路运输、工程承包、房屋租赁、职务晋升、股权转让等方面谋取利益，收受他人现金人民币798万元、美元30万元，中国建设银行乐当家银卡二张共100万元，共计受贿人民币1082.377万元。案发后，王荣泽亲属主动退缴赃款现金人民币773万元、美元30万元，全部赃款均已追回。

2011年，榆神煤炭公司控股公司银河投资公司欲将其持有的鄂尔多斯市银河鸿泰煤电有限公司44%的股权转让给中国大唐集团煤业有限责任公司。在股权转让谈判过程中，包头鸿泰经济咨询有限公司亦欲将其所持有的鸿泰煤电公司7%的股权予以转让。为了能跟随大股东银河投资公司实现高价转让股权，该公司法定代表人刘某找到王荣泽，请求其在谈判过程中尽力抬高股权转让价格。得到帮助后，刘某送给王荣泽150万元。
一审法院判处王荣泽犯受贿罪，判处有期徒刑12年，并处罚金人民币20万元；追缴的所得赃款人民币共计1082.377万元依法没收，上缴国库。一审宣判后，王荣泽提起上诉。上诉理由是，在“双规”期间，主动交代了办案机关尚未掌握的受贿事实，应当认定为自首。宁夏高院审理后认为，王荣泽主动交代了办案机关尚未掌握的其绝大部分的受贿犯罪事实，案发后在其近亲属的配合下，积极退缴了涉案全部赃款，认罪悔罪态度较好，虽依法不能认定为自首，但综合考虑本案事实及上诉人所具有的法定酌定量刑情节，为进一步体现坦白从宽的刑事政策，鼓励和促使犯罪分子真诚认罪悔罪，决定依法对上诉人王荣泽予以改判。刑期由12年改为11年，其他判罚则维持一审判决。
