　　云南网讯（记者 彭锡）10月21日，云南省森林公安局发布消息称，网友举报“丽江红豆杉被盗伐”已被立案调查。截至10月20日18时，共发现27个疑似红豆杉伐桩，其中最大1个伐桩根径1.6米。发现伐桩的地点不在自然保护区范围内。

　　据介绍，根据网友微博举报“云南丽江老君山 千年野生红豆杉惨遭盗伐”的情况，10月18日凌晨，玉龙县林业局、县森林公安局派员赶赴现场调查核实网友举报情况。18日12时30分，调查组到达现 场，发现确有疑似红豆杉被盗伐。19日，玉龙县森林公安局对此立案侦查。当日，省林业厅、省森林公安局调查组到达兰坪督导案件侦办，省森林公安局、丽江市 森林公安局、玉龙县森林公安局、兰坪县森林公安局抽调31名精干警力，组成联合专案组进行调查。

　　发现伐桩的地点为玉龙县石头乡利苴村委会妹泽干村民小组附近的天然林，不在自然保护区范围内。截至10月20日18时，专案组民警共发现27个疑似红豆杉伐桩，其中1个伐桩根径1.6米，其余伐桩根径约20-50cm不等。

　　专案组将继续扩大范围查找伐桩，并将会同林业工程技术人员对伐桩进行鉴定，以明确被盗伐时间、盗伐树种、树龄。同时开展走访调查，梳理线索，加大案件侦办力度。
