圆通服务产品“承诺达”将于今年12月上线，对覆盖范围内的快件提供时效承诺服务。喻渭蛟表示，“承诺达”产品的推出，体现了圆通软硬双保障体系的实力。其中，作为硬实力的保障体系，圆通在中国范围内拥有转运中心82个，终端网点超过65000个，县级以上城市覆盖率达93.9%，拥有5架自有全货机。未来，圆通航空飞机数量将迅速增长，至2020年，机队规模将达到50架。
