中国越南边境云南段第三次大规模排雷再启动(图)
10月16日，云南省军区排雷部队在中越边境云南段展开排雷行动，这是该部队进入旱季以来的首次排雷，此前因为雨季他们已停止排雷4个多月。
早上8时50分，扫雷三队的45名官兵在雷场外集结完毕。队干部介绍了雷场情况，并将人员划分为爆破组、人工搜排组和指挥组，随即官兵按照分工展开作业。
经历了漫长的雨季，由于塌方、泥石流及雷场中植被快速生长，给排雷增加了不小难度。为确保排雷行动的顺利，云南省军区司令员杨光跃、副司令员曲新勇和扫雷指挥部领导来到现场，与扫雷部队共同制订了“先使用爆破筒开辟通道、后沿通道向两侧展开人工搜排”的行动方案。
此次排雷的地点在一处满是低矮杂草的高地。据了解，高地顶部原为战时一处野战防御工事，周边布设的地雷和
爆炸物比较密集。雨季前，官兵已排除了这里大约三分之一的面积。已排除雷区和雷区用安全警示带进行隔离标示。
“轰、轰、轰……”随着现场指挥员一声令下，雷场上火光乍现、浓烟滚滚。
爆破结束后，身穿防护服的战士依次进入雷场展开人工搜排。他们对爆破产生的沟状通道进行清排，而后沿着通道向两侧展开搜排。这也是仅次于发现地雷和
爆炸物后将其排除的危险任务，因为一旦搜索时有漏洞或者对情况判断失误，就可能触发地雷和
爆炸物，导致伤残甚至更严重的后果。
扫雷三队副队长路穆道介绍说：“现在的排雷行动是今年雨季过后的首次排雷，从现在到明年雨季来临这几个月时间，是我们排雷行动的关键阶段。根据计划，我们将完成11.92平方公里雷区的排除任务，占本队任务总数的一半以上。我们将尽最大努力完成好任务。” 目前，除扫雷三队以外，云南省军区扫雷指挥部所属的其他3个扫雷队也都已在文山州麻栗坡县天保镇老邓弄雷场、麻栗坡县天保镇马嘿雷场、红河州河口县薄竹箐雷场等地展开排雷行动。据了解，这一阶段，他们计划完成36.8平方公里雷区的排除任务，占到中越边境云南段第三次较大规模排雷总任务的67%。
