　　不久前由武汉市自主研发的“中国国产抗洪神器”正式亮相，这一有着自主知识产权的拼装式防洪墙，已在流通巷搭建了一道全长218米的示范段。昨天， 武汉晚报记者前往该示范段进行探访，防洪墙的设计者之一——武汉市城市防洪勘测设计院副院长孟建军也讲述了防洪墙背后的不少细节。

　　防洪墙胶条是潜艇密封胶

　　拼装式防洪墙的示范段位于晴川桥下的汉江大堤上，记者现场看到，防洪墙整体呈银灰色，共由87根间隔为2.5米的支撑柱，以及横插于支撑柱之间 的挡板拼装而成。两座支撑柱之间，拼装有10块挡板，约有一人多高，拼装时所有的缝隙都用黑色胶条予以密封。记者尝试猛力敲击挡板、支撑柱，防洪墙均纹丝 不动。

　　防洪墙在试制时，对材料提出了极高要求。为了避免出现渗水，在胶条的选择上，专门使用了潜艇上专用的密封胶条。根据测试，单一胶条的使用寿命达 10年。另外，为了保障拼装、拆卸的便捷性，挡板、支撑柱也在经过多次测试后，选取了特殊的铝合金材质，既能减轻重量，也能满足强度、加工性需求。其中单 块挡板重量不到40公斤，两名熟练工仅需半小时就能完成普通闸口的防洪墙安装。

　　市城市防洪勘测设计院副院长孟建军介绍，根据挡板厚度的不同，目前防洪墙已经设计出多种不同用途的产品，“目前的试验段，主要使用的是6厘米厚的挡板，抗击一般风浪不在话下。”

　　世博会上获得启发

　　在谈到拼装式防洪墙的设计起源时，孟建军介绍，这源于2010年的上海世博会。在参观过程中，一堵由两根立柱作支撑、几块金属板拼接而成的特制防水墙，让孟建军印象颇深。由于能有效隔水抗洪，从2011年起，“中国国产抗洪神器”的研制工作正式启动。

　　武汉晚报记者了解到，拼装式防洪墙的设计、定型、实验、修改、检测，历时5年，仅产品的设计定位就经过多次修改。

　　阻拦洪水可“滴水不漏”

　　“防洪墙最主要的品质就是防渗水，虽然是中国国产，可我们的产品品质毫不弱于德国的进口货。”孟建军在谈到拼装式防洪墙时自信地表示。在拼装式防洪 墙正式亮相之前，武汉市曾在今年汛期时，在青山江滩的建设三路、建设八路等两处长江干堤闸口，临时搭建两道拼装式防洪墙进行封闸使用。面对近1米深的江 水，拼装式防洪墙完全可以“滴水不漏”。

　　孟建军介绍，捷克、奥地利、德国等国的洪水，多是山区河流引发，这类洪水涨落快、时间短，因此国外的“抗洪神器”，只用暂时性抵挡洪水即可，对 防渗水要求并不严。有时防洪墙出现小范围渗水，可以通过地下管网进行抽排。“但这在武汉基本是不可能的，武汉防洪首要是保证安全，因此我们抗渗水方面的标 准比国外更高。”

　　在价格方面，中国国产拼装式防洪墙也比国外进口更有优势。目前国外进口的拼装式防洪墙，每平米的价格在7000元以上。可以预见的是，未来实现量产后，中国国产拼装式防洪墙的价格，将远低于国外进口产品，同时后期维护成本也将大为降低。 （记者张驰）
