　　2016年10月19日上午9时，正蓝旗森林公安局接到群众反映，扎格斯台苏木洪图淖尔发现有天鹅死体，我局立即赶赴现场，发现水中确有部分水禽死体，因死因不明，我局立即向锡盟森林公安局、旗政府及公安局、林业局汇报了简要情况。

　　锡盟森林公安局与我旗森林公安局立即组成调查组进行全面调查，对水禽死体进行打捞，送往有资质鉴定部门进行水禽名称鉴定。对现场检材、水禽死体胃溶物及死体检材全部提取完毕，部分检材已送往疾控及环保部门进行相关鉴定，另一部分将送司法鉴定部门进行鉴定，以确定死因。同时，对周边群众进行大范围走访调查，积极发现和查找线索。

　　目前，各项调查工作正在进行中。
