　　近日，有网友发帖爆料，江西省南昌市高新区检察院职务犯罪科副科长徐林保及其家人名下房产多达380多套，并附有部分房产详细信息。

　　24日，南都记者从南昌市高新区检察院政治处获悉，该院已对其停职调查。南都记者调查核实到其中83套属实，自称徐林保外甥的陈先生表示100多套房子是有的，皆为20 13年之前购买，实系贷款炒房，购房资金来源为徐林保当年停薪留职经商与其妻毛发英多年经商所得。

　　身家上亿欠钱不还

　　9月30日起，一则题为《南昌高新区检察院徐林保被曝有380多套房身家数亿》的帖子在网上广为流传。网帖称，2014年徐林保与女婿龙跃武以合做生意及联合开发项目为幌子，称徐林保是某检察院检察长，并有大量房产可作为抵押保证还款，以龙跃武和江西龙耀装饰有限公司为借款主体，先后向数人借款上亿元，并且将所借钱款转账到江西林扬投资发展有限公司的账户上。

　　网帖表示，部分借款人收回资金无望后，找人对徐林保、龙跃武二人进行了追踪和调查，并发现徐林保作为一个检察院的副科级干部，他本人及妻女名下房产达380多套，其中已办理房产证的有180多套，徐自己住的是200多平米的豪宅别墅，名下还有多辆豪车。网帖中“知情人”还说，徐林保先后有过两次婚姻，与第一任妻子育有一女，与第二任妻子（毛发英，未领结婚证）育有四个子女。

　　南都记者注意到，上述房产集中于南昌市红谷滩新区，住宅、公寓、商铺、别墅皆有，其中海域香廷小区有房60套、汇龙铭都西雅图国际会馆小区有房32套、名门世家小区有房22套。

　　南都记者致电网帖中所称徐林保供职单位—南昌高新技术产业开发区人民检察院，该院政治处一位不愿具名的男性工作人员向南都记者证实，徐林保确系该单位职工，该院现已对其停职调查，将视调查情况决定是否提请上级检察机关或纪检监察部门介入。

　　南都记者还以徐林保亲属的名义，代其询问物业费欠费情况。南昌市红谷滩新区海域香廷小区物业管理处工作人员的统计信息显示，徐林保及其妻子、儿女名下在该小区共有商铺、洋房、别墅等各类房产71套、合计3402.27平方米，共欠物业费512541.5元。

　　网帖显示，徐林保及其妻子、儿女名下在南昌市红谷滩新区汇龙铭都西雅图国际会馆小区共有房产32套。该小区工作人员向南都记者发来的统计信息显示，截至目前有合计786 。26平方米的12套房屋欠物业费7330.6元。至于剩余20套房屋情况，工作人员称一部分已出售，一部分则由租客代为缴纳物业费。

　　南都记者联系到徐林保所控制的公司—江西林扬投资发展有限公司（以下简称林扬公司）的陈先生，其称系徐林保外甥，为该公司负责人。陈先生称，网帖内容不完全属实，徐林保及其家人名下房产没有380多套那么多，但100多套是有的，购房资金来自其舅徐林保当年停薪留职下海经商和其舅妈毛发英多年经商所得。

　　陈先生证实了网帖中所述部分事实，同时对部分描述予以澄清。其称，网帖中所称徐林保及其家人名下房产和资金信息基本属实，龙跃武也确实是徐林保的“女婿”。其表示，徐林保上世纪90年代曾停薪留职下海经商，担任江西省鹰潭市城市园林开发总公司总经理，就在那时徐林保掘得“第一桶金”；其舅妈毛发英多年来一直经商，进入21世纪以后，看到房地产投资有利可图，夫妻俩就在南昌市重点开发区域—红谷滩新区投入巨资炒房，炒房方式是购买部分房屋后进行抵押，从银行贷出资金后再购买其他房屋，通过低位买房高位套现来谋利，目前名下虽有100多套房，但也有巨额贷款和房屋月供需要偿还。

　　关于网帖中所称徐林保身为公务员，却幕后操控其妻子毛某英、“女婿”龙跃武向多人集资诈骗上亿元拒不归还之事，陈先生予以驳斥。其称，下海经商数年后，其舅徐林保再次进入检察院工作，妻子毛某英、“女婿”龙跃武的经商行为与徐及徐的权力影响无关，徐林保及其家人名下房屋多为2013年之前购买，而龙跃武以江西龙耀装饰有限公司为壳，以合作做生意、开发项目为由向他人“借款”上亿元发生在2013年之后，且这些钱并未进入林扬公司账户。

　　陈先生表示，龙跃武确曾被网上追逃，目前已被公安机关抓获，检察院、公安局对徐林保及林扬公司进行了调查，调查结果是上述“借款”与徐林保无关，也未进入林扬公司账户。不过，检察院认为徐林保生育子女二人系超生，且纵容妻子经商属违规。陈先生说，徐林保已做好接受组织处理的准备。 来源：南方都市报
