　　备受关注的内蒙古正蓝旗候鸟死亡事件公布检验报告，据内蒙古权威检测机构出具的检测报告显示，已排除感染疫病死亡的可能性。送检候鸟死体样本体内检出克百威（克百威属高毒杀虫剂）成分，初步认定为人为偷猎投药所致，是一起刑事案件。

　　中国公安部门已经成立专案组，在现有排查线索的基础上，进一步扩大对周边牧民的走访调查范围，勘查确证，加紧侦破工作。

　　当地相关部门，进一步安排部署现场管控、死体无害化处理和生态环境监测相关工作，并扩大警戒区域范围，强化看守力量，防止人畜接近，并采取有效措施驱赶候鸟，避免继续发生意外。
