学得快还踏实 已能独当一面
尚志大街、兆麟街是道里区重要的旅游和政务区域，负责这里环卫保洁的是道里保洁大队一中队。王炳学是2012年进入这个中队的一名大学生。“刚进队时，大家都一样，没有因为王炳学是一名大学生而特殊照顾。”道里区城管局清洁大队队长李丹说，可是工作不久，清洁大队一中队队长范义就发现王炳学是一个好苗子。
2013年，王炳学被推荐为一中队副队长。当上了副队长，王炳学也没有队长范儿，还是和大家一起干活。尤其是清雪的时候，一直冲在前面，妻子怀孕期间都没陪妻子去产检。他队里有30余人，年龄都在五六十岁左右，平日里都叫叔叔、阿姨，对每个工人都很尊重，只要休息，就和他们唠家常，大家都很支持他的工作。现在范义有事，王炳学调配工人、组织劳动都干得非常好，完全可以独当一面了。
高科技清扫车有人能驾驶了

南岗区城管局清扫保洁一队的于紫英说：“开始我就是奔着事业编制来的，想的也挺天真，以为不会让我们大学生去一线扫大街，结果报到那天就被师傅领走了，当时特想哭，想回家不干了。但师傅一直对我说，你们是城管的希望，以后就得靠你们了，这话鼓励了我，而今天的工作，也让我重新认识了环卫行业，而且身边的环卫工人师傅们对我非常照顾，让我浮躁的心逐渐踏实下来，也决心在这个行业做出一番成绩。”
2012年，哈尔滨市面向中国公开招聘一批具有大专以上学历的事业编制环卫工人。448名大学生在7000余名考生中脱颖而出，经哈尔滨市环卫办统一组织的培训后上岗。工种涵盖保洁员、驾驶员和维修员三大工种。
当年并不被大多数人看好的大学生环卫工人，仍有417名选择坚守。经过近4年的工作实践磨砺，已经从初涉环卫工作的环卫新兵成长为熟练掌握岗位操作技能的一线环卫工人；部分大学生环卫工人的思想也发生巨大的变化，从最初的犹豫、浮躁，转变到成熟、坚定，部分表现突出的大学生环卫工人已经成为自己所在小队的小队长、管理员等，如道里区清洁大队九个中队中每个队都有一名大学生环卫工人在做街路巡查工作，南岗区保洁队成立了以20名大学生环卫工人为主力的环境卫生管理大队，负责全区的街路环境卫生巡检工作。（刘子扬 赵政府）
