　　法制网讯 记者郭宏鹏 通讯员王斌 近日，南昌市公安局联合南昌县公安局侦破一起假冒注册商标案，捣毁生产窝点4处，缴获假冒品牌卫生巾3万余件，涉案价值4000余万元。

　　南昌市公安局侦查发现市内存有一个假冒品牌卫生巾的制售窝点。该制售窝点所制售假冒品牌卫生巾销往国内众多地方，涉及品牌包括护舒宝、苏菲、七度空间等5种国际国内知名品牌。南昌市公安局在抓获主要犯罪嫌疑人万某后，联合南昌县公安局对制假、储存窝点进行统一查扣。捣毁制假生产包装窝点1处，仓储销售窝点3处，查扣喷码机、塑封机、装卸机等10余台，查获假冒假冒品牌卫生巾30400余件（共计一千余万片），涉案总价值4000余万元，铲断了一条自2013年7月开始，大肆生产销售假冒知名品牌卫生巾制假售假的链条。

　　目前，案件正在侦查中。
