　　北京晨报讯（首席记者 崔红）位于公益西桥南侧的槐房再生水厂昨天通水运行，这是本市乃至亚洲最大规模的再生水厂，全部建于地下，全封闭运行，日处理再生水60万立方米，相当于200万个家庭的日排水量。运行后将彻底缓解南城污水处理压力，有效改善凉水河、马草河、丰草河流域水环境质量。

　　随着槐房再生水厂投入运营，投资400亿的《北京市加快污水处理和再生水利用设施建设三年行动方案》全面完成，中心城区污水处理能力提高6成，由此前的日273万立方米提升到日417万立方米，每年可生产再生水量近10亿立方米，出厂水质全部达到四类水标准，安全用于河湖补水、园林绿化、工业冷却、市政杂用等领域，有力缓解城市水资源紧缺状况，促进水生态不断恢复。此举意味着，中心城区的水污染治理问题得到根本性解决，中心城区内河道全部告别水污染，水环境质量得到明显提升。

　　从今年开始，北京市将启动第二个“三年行动方案”，计划升级改造15座、新建27座再生水厂，重点解决城乡结合部污水直排问题、重要水源地村庄和旅游民俗村污水处理设施不足等问题。努力实现污水的全收集、全处理、全回用。

　　此外，本市还将按照“一河一策”原则，制定黑臭水体治理工作方案，对全市141条河段665公里黑臭水体进行治理，2017年底消除全市建成区和通州区黑臭水体，2018年底基本消除全市黑臭水体。

　　亚洲最大的槐房再生水厂就藏在这片湿地公园下面，负责收集、处理北京城区西部的污水，涉及流域面积137平方公里。水厂深达18.5米，相当于6层楼的高度，长700余米，宽500余米，地下一层可以跑汽车，地下二三层的管道却密如迷宫。整个地下工程相当于挖走8座景山、能装下20个国家体育场——“鸟巢”。

　　坐着汽车进入地下一层，工作人员特意拆开一块金属挡板，这才看见脚底下来回“打转儿”的污水，听见嗡嗡的机器声。整个污水处理过程都是全封闭的，没有味道，没有声音。从污水进厂到清水出厂，历经14道工序、17个小时，“再生”出来的水“除了不能饮用和游泳，什么都能干。”项目负责人介绍说。

　　出厂的清水带有温度，直接进入槐房湿地公园湖区，湖水占了湿地公园三分之二的面积，湖里的锦鲤逆流而上，奔向出水口的地方——那里的水是暖的。据悉，由于24小时供水，湖水不会上冻，冬天也可清澈见底，所有出厂的清水都从这里源源不断流向小龙河水域。“下一步，只要管道能铺到哪里，这里的水就能供到哪里。”而生产出来的污泥也不会污染环境，可以用于制砖、制作路基和器皿使用。

　　槐房湿地公园明年春天正式向市民免费开放，因为只能在木栈道上行走，因此最佳日接待游客量在1000人左右。据悉，这片占地240亩的湿地不仅是南四环最大的湿地公园，还将与槐新公园连成一片，成为距离天安门最近、面积最大的南城湿地景观。
