10月28日下午消息，百度今日表示已正式向北京知识产权法院起诉搜狗侵权，诉称搜狗旗下“搜狗拼音输入法”“搜狗手机输入法”侵犯了百度输入法多达十项技术专利，要求搜狗赔偿金额一亿元。日前法院已正式受理该案件。
根据百度公司提交的起诉书，此次百度起诉搜狗侵权的十项专利均是关于输入法产品，涵盖用户输入时常涉及到的表情输入、词库联想、个性化设置同步、输入修改等方面，涉及专利号及名称如下所示：
这并非百度与搜狗首次发生诉讼纠纷。
2014年百度就搜狗流量劫持一事起诉搜狗公司，起因是有微博用户反映在百度搜索引擎中使用搜狗输入法输入文字时，点击搜索候选词会跳转到搜狗搜索页面。2015年10月，北京海淀法院一审判决搜狗输入法此举为不正当竞争行为，令其立即停止相关违法行为并赔偿百度各项损失50万元。
2015年10月搜狗公司向北京知识产权法院提起8项专利侵权诉讼请求，诉称百度旗下的“百度输入法”产品侵犯了由搜狗所享有的输入法技术相关的专利，要求赔偿总额人民币8千万元。
其后11月，搜狗分别向北京知识产权法院、上海知识产权法院及上海市高级人民法院再提起9项专利侵权诉讼请求，指控百度输入法侵犯其享有的专利权，并提出1.8亿元的赔偿请求。百度方面表示赔偿8千万元的诉讼案中的7项专利已被判无效或部分无效。对于另一桩1.8亿元的诉讼案，目前尚无具体判决结果。
