家门口遭袭被砍三刀
李耀清被人连砍三刀
在距离自家小区大门外45米处，柳州银行董事长李耀清被人连砍三刀后倒在血泊中。命案发生在两年前，2014年5月10日15时许，一个周六的下午。
在广西柳州市城中区东路，准备去运动的李耀清步行到小区外的修鞋摊拿清洗的鞋，在被告知鞋未清洗后，李耀清与单位司机陈师傅一同原路返回小区。而此时，小区外一辆雪佛兰轿车上走下一名年轻男子，迅速拔出一把20厘米长的菜刀，砍向李耀清的后背。
一声惨叫尚未喊完，紧接着又是两刀，献血直流，一中年妇女目睹惨状，晕倒在路旁。与李耀清一起的司机陈师傅称，一男子砍完三刀后迅速往对面的车上跑去，他追出几步后被董事长叫住，“当时董事长对我说，别追了，先送他去医院”。
陈师傅抱起李耀清，发现T恤衫后背破烂，深达肋骨的刀口向外裂开，鲜血向外涌冒。来不及报警，陈师傅抱起李耀清奔向不远处停放的银行工作车，一路逆行到最近的医院。
因伤口太大生命垂危，该院无法医治，陈师傅又开车一路狂奔，将已经昏迷的李耀清送往柳州市中医院救治，李耀清出血3500毫升，几近丧命。李耀清共住院45天，经鉴定，其伤后出现失血性休克属中度休克、重伤二级。
案发第二天晚上10点，柳州警方首先在玉林市陆川县将3名犯罪嫌疑人抓获，后9人相继落网。
瓜葛
家族空壳骗贷被发现
“事情发生的太突然了”，陈师傅称，李耀清平时为人不错，也没见他发过脾气。对于警方的询问，陈师傅也没有说出可疑的地方或者线索。
对于自己的遭遇，李耀清事后想了想，“我没有跟人结怨，可能是工作上的”。李耀清向警方称，案发前，柳州银行曾对三家公司的贷款问题进行核查，其中就包括中国和美国天元集团，中国和美国天元集团以资产抵押的方式向柳州银行贷款约84亿元。
而柳州银行发现该集团用于抵押贷款的抵押物真实性存在问题，李耀清便派人进行核查。另外，该集团还向柳州银行提出增加授信，但未获同意。李耀清称，该集团实际控制人吴东不是很满意，还曾于被砍前一个月约其到柳州饭店见面。
直到去年7月份，柳州官方公布了案件审理情况。通报称，2015年7月21日至23日，涉案的12名被告人分别涉嫌犯故意伤害罪、窝藏罪在柳州市城中区法院受审。而12名被告人中，其中3人为吴东的儿子。
此外，因为放贷一事，吴东还曾亲自出面，以装有100万港币的文件袋向李耀清行贿。次日，李耀清派人将贿金退回。而吴东儿子在供述中承认了，是由于柳州银行未放贷而心存不满。
“为了帮家里”，吴东的三子吴浩和四子吴世忠合谋后，计划雇凶报复柳州银行董事长李耀清。
预谋
招揽“杀手”多次蹲点
“（他们）调查公司的后续贷款，这让我很生气”，吴浩供述称，2014年3月底，李耀清派人到辽宁省盘锦市调查中国和美国天元公司申请的后续贷款。4月初，他约弟弟吴世忠见面，并说李耀清为难公司贷款业务，让弟弟找人跟踪并找机会教训一下李耀清，弟弟表示同意。
经法院查明，2014年4月初，吴浩因柳州银行未发放贷款给其所在公司等原因心怀不满，遂与其弟吴世忠合谋“找人教训”该银行董事长即被害人李耀清。
4月上旬，吴世忠向吴世华提供了李耀清的照片、工作单位的地址，并先后提供作案经费8万元。后吴世华遂纠集另外两名被告人携带锤子在李耀清工作的柳州银行附近多次蹲守，但一直未找到合适机会。
吴浩供述称，到了4月，吴世华说他的人没有跟踪到李耀清的住处，几天后的一晚，他借与父亲吴东前往柳州饭店与李耀清见面洽谈的机会，部署了一场暗藏杀机的计划。他要求吴世华和其雇请的人马，守在柳州饭店门外，对进出酒店的李耀清及其座驾进行辨认。
当晚，受雇于吴世华的人，尾随至李耀清的住处。
作案
砍人逃跑藏匿分工明确
知道李耀清的住所后，吴世华继续要求他的人蹲守，找合适机会下手。
经查明，砍人的是90后青年名叫吴斌。据吴斌供述，是吴世华联系他到柳州市帮忙“伤一个人”。案发当天，他用菜刀砍了一男子的后背三刀，随即返回车上让吴世华驾车离开并说事情已经办好。
吴世华驾车驶入高速公路后打电话与他人联系，他便将作案的菜刀扔在高速公路路边。随后，吴世华将车停放在贵港服务区后，他们两人搭乘另一辆汽车去往玉林市，之后又搭乘另一辆汽车至陆川县。作案后，逃跑换乘车辆以及晚上住店，均有人员接应。吴斌还称，当晚，他拿到了2000元现金。
另据法院查明，事后吴世忠将20万现金交给吴世华，吴世华以暂时不方便拿现金为由未收取。案发次日，首先被警方抓捕的是吴世华等3人。吴世忠得知吴世华被抓获后，告知其大哥吴洲自己参与雇凶伤人一事。随后，吴洲安排地方为弟弟躲藏。
直至同年8月1日，12名被告人全部被抓获归案。
判决
犯罪团伙12人均判刑
前街一号记者获悉，法院经审理认为，被告人吴浩等6人故意伤害他人身体健康，致一人重伤二级，6被告人的行为均已触犯中国刑律，构成故意伤害罪。
此外，吴洲等6人明知他人犯罪而为其提供隐藏处所、财物，帮助其逃匿，6被告人的行为均已触犯中国刑律，构成窝藏罪。本案中，吴浩、吴世忠、吴世华、吴斌在共同犯罪中起主要作用，是主犯。
今年9月27日，柳州市城中区法院以故意伤害罪，判处吴浩和吴世忠有期徒刑5年6个月，判处吴世华有期徒刑5年，判处吴斌有期徒刑4年6个月。法院以窝藏罪，分别判处吴洲等6人有期徒刑2年10个月至2年2个月不等刑罚。

血案牵出312亿骗贷案
吴东曽是广西商圈的“投资大亨”，若非一宗血案，吴东家族的骗贷仍不会浮出水面。
据相关资料显示，李耀清是柳州银行第三任董事长，2014年1月28日李耀清的任职资格获广西银监局核准。李耀清上任后对柳州银行的贷款把控严格。正因为上任后的这些动作，惹来了“杀身之祸”。
董事长被砍之后，柳州银行加速了对吴东家族贷款的风险排查。2014年8月15日，柳州银行以吴东涉嫌骗贷和贷款诈骗为由，向警方报案。
因李耀清的故意伤害案案发，以及柳州银行报案吴东家族骗取贷款，柳州司法机关加速了对吴东家族系列案件的查办。2014年9月24日，柳州市人民检察院以涉嫌骗取贷款罪将犯罪嫌疑人吴东等8人批准逮捕。8人中，3人为吴东的儿子，包括长子吴洲、次子吴世民、三子吴浩。
去年12月份，柳州市人民检察院对吴东等8人提起公诉。起诉书显示，2010年12月至2014年7月间，被告人吴东利用广西中国和美国天元投资集团有限公司操控的北海新特药药业有限公司、南宁市正晨石化有限公司等28家公司及他人名义，以票据承兑、信托贷款、流动资金贷款等方式向柳州银行申请贷款。
在被告人吴东的授意下，另7名被告人分工负责，在申请贷款过程中向柳州银行提供系列虚假材料以骗取贷款。其中，有的被告人伪造相关公司财务会计报表、审计报告、完税凭证、购销合同等申贷材料；有的被告人伪造用于制作虚假土地权属证书及土地他项权利证明书的国家机关印章等。
上述伪造的申贷材料提交给柳州银行，骗取银行的信任并取得贷款。截止2014年8月18日案发，共取得贷款250笔312.693亿元。
目前，该案仍在审理之中。

次子：吴世民。学历本科，涉嫌伪造多枚假印章和公章帮助家族企业骗贷。2014年9月5日，因涉嫌伪造国家机关印章罪被逮捕。
三子：吴浩。学历初中，涉嫌授意弟弟吴世忠雇人跟踪和砍伤银行高管，涉嫌贿赂相关人员，直接参与家族企业骗贷活动。2015年7月，因涉嫌犯故意伤害罪受审。
四子：吴世忠。学历中专，涉嫌雇请社会人员跟踪北部湾银行和柳州银行高管，雇凶砍伤柳州银行董事长。2015年7月，因涉嫌犯故意伤害罪受审。
