据杨女士介绍,当时韵达快递在处理此事时,已经跟淘宝店家核实了情况,也明确了丢失衣服的价格,但是还是按照其所谓的公司规定赔付了1000元,“真的是霸王条款啊。”杨女士说。

可通过法律途径解决此事

信网就此事咨询了山东首辰律师事务所的吴芝容律师,“像这种情况快递是应该承担责任的,具体怎么赔偿,快递公司的官网以及快递单的背面应该都有规定,既然选择了这个快递公司,那就说明默认接受了它的规定,那就应该按照它的方式来进行赔付。”
