India plans to launch a rocket carrying 83 satellite next year-IT information

According to Sasibhushan sources, when XL polar satellite launch vehicles (PSLV-XL) the total load up to 1600 kg. On the grounds of confidentiality agreements, Sasibhushan declined to give more details about 83 satellites. Only that there already is ISRO's "old customers".
The rocket is tentatively scheduled for launch in January 2017.

但要把83颗卫星同时送到同一轨道上也不是件容易的事情。ISRO将利用XL极轨卫星运载火箭（PSLV-XL）执行此次发射任务。
据Sasibhushan透露，届时XL极轨卫星运载火箭（PSLV-XL）的总负载将达到1600 kg。以保密协议为由，Sasibhushan拒绝透露更多关于83颗卫星的细节。只说有些已经是ISRO的“老顾客”了。
该火箭暂定于2017年1月发射。
