　　羊城晚报讯 记者李斯睿摄影报道：28日，上海网红小吃“阿大葱油饼”再度开业，店铺从上海茂名南路（近南昌路）迁至上海瑞金医院附近的永嘉路上，证照齐全。新店开张以来人气依旧，闻讯而来的食客排起长龙，高峰时达到数百人。羊城晚报记者30日中午实地探访了解到，有炒家凌晨2点就去排队，并将原价5元一个的葱油饼炒到50元。

　　今年7月阿大葱油饼被英国BBC美食节目报道成“网红”美食，一个多月前因卫生隐患、没有营业资质等问题，被监管部门叫停关张。经过上海黄浦区市场监管部 门牵线搭桥，一网络订餐平台与阿大达成合作协议，出资为“阿大葱油饼”在原址附近另觅新址，并承担新店开设所需费用。

　　据了解，阿大葱油饼除了店址变了之外，其他均没有变化，每周三休息，每天差不多卖300个葱油饼，售价5元一个，每人限购10个。新店铺不到8平方米，房租大部分由餐饮平台负责，阿大承担水电煤费用。相比起之前的老店，卫生条件要好得多。

　　现场一名阿姨告诉记者，有炒家凌晨2点就来排队，一口气买了10个葱油饼，并将原价5元的饼卖到50元。记者在队伍一旁遇到一名戴眼镜背书包的年轻小伙， 手提塑料袋，里面约装有4个葱油饼。“要不要，现在排队（买）肯定没有了。”几名中年人向前询价，并掏钱购买。“反正排队也买不上，贵就贵点，既然来了也 要尝一下。”一名中年人说。
