日前在南京举行的第八届中国南京文化创意产业交易会上，段玉萍表示：“互联网不是法外之地，国家将进一步加大管理力度。”
近年来，以互联网为基础的侵权盗版现象猖獗。段玉萍表示：“现在我们需要关注怎样规范互联网传播秩序，否则的话，互联网的无序发展对中国的文化产业来说，是重大损害。”
段玉萍透露，相关部门对一些传播量较大的网站，已经采取重点监管措施，对一些网站点击率排名前50的影视剧作品进行监测，要求向国家版权局提供相关授权，没有授权自动下架。
