人力资源专家、江苏百得人力资源集团副总裁姜文锐认为，应届生在求职时，适当突出个人经历中与众不同的兴趣爱好，或是实践经历，的确可以让自己的简历迅速“出挑”。但应该注意的是，简历制作虽然可以跳出曾经的刻板模式，但不能求新太甚，更不能盲目跟风。
姜文锐表示，拿着一张突出自身“网游特长”的简历，没准能在科技类企业找到工作，但如果去应聘其他绝大多数岗位，“网游玩的好”这一项便成为了“无用条件”，不再是“加分项”。因此，学生还是应该在简历中突出自己的个人综合素质，同时适当展现自己的兴趣爱好或是特长，才是“正道”。
别着急，招聘大集还有N多场
扬子晚报记者了解到，2017届高校毕业生公益专场招聘会由省人社厅和南京市人社局主办，省人才市场、省职业介绍中心、南京市人才服务中心、南京市劳动就业服务管理中心承办，参会毕业生达3.5万多人次。招聘会不仅在南京国际博览中心设立主会场，还在江北新区、江宁大学城、南京理工大学、南京城市职业学院等四地设立分会场。据统计，仅主会场用人单位接收简历即近3.8万份，现场达成就业意向2.1万多人次。
