　　中新网临汾11月1日电 （记者 范丽芳 屈丽霞）10月31日，有网友发帖称，山西省临汾市襄汾县环保局原局长高战某一家三口在公园围殴一名七旬老人，并上传两段视频，引发社会关注。1日，当地警方通报案件查处进展，双方因狗追咬而发生纠纷，进而引发厮打，双方均有不同程度受伤，目前正在鉴定。

　　31日，两条名为襄汾原环保局局长一家三口公园暴打七旬老人的视频在网络流传，视频显示，在汾河旁，一辆写有“住建·监察”字样的面包车后，两名女子揪住一名老人撕扯，并扇其耳光，一条宠物狗咬住老人的鞋，一名执法人员居中拉架，最终，老人被打倒在地，头摔在路边石头上，年轻女子踹了老人几脚后被年长女子拉开。

　　1日晚，当地警方发布案件查处进展：10月29日下午17：40许，襄汾县公安局新城派出所接到襄汾县公安局110指挥中心转警：襄汾滨河公园有人打架，该所迅速出警前往现场处置。根据打架现场情况，警方决定让双方伤者先去医院进行治疗，等候处理。

　　10月30日，打架双方先后向当地派出所报案，经初查，受理为治安案件。

　　接到报案后，警方分别前往临汾市人民医院询问了当事人霍俊某，前往襄汾县人民医院询问了当事人高舒某，前往滨河公园管理中心调取现场监控视频，对现场目击证人进行了调查取证，同时，传唤了当事人高战某和尉巨某。

　　经查，霍俊某，男，1942年12月出生，襄汾县委退休干部；高战某，男，1961年12月出生，中共党员，现任三晋文化研究会襄汾分会副会长；尉巨某，1962年6月出生，高战某妻子，现为襄汾中学教师；高舒某，女，1992年6月出生，高战某女儿，大学毕业在家待业。

　　10月29日下午5时许，霍俊某骑自行车锻炼经过县城滨河公园东岸，遇到尉巨某及其女儿高舒某二人带着狗散步，尉巨某家的狗两次追咬骑车路过的霍俊某，霍便用车轮阻挡狗咬，高舒某上前与霍俊某发生口角，之后霍俊某与尉巨某、高舒某二人发生厮打，霍俊某将高舒某左眼部致伤，高舒某、尉巨某将霍俊某头部致伤，后霍俊某坐进滨河公园管理中心巡逻车内，尉巨某打电话叫来丈夫高战某。高战某看到女儿左眼部受伤，对坐在巡逻车里的霍俊某质问并对其面部殴打，致霍俊某鼻子受伤出血。

　　案发后，县委、县政府领导作出指示，要求迅速查明事实真相，依法处理，及时回应社会关切。

　　11月1日，襄汾县公安局新城派出所委托县公安局技术中队对双方伤情进行鉴定，目前，此案正依据法律程序进行。（完）
