　　2016年11月3日，山东省德州市中级人民法院一审公开开庭审理了中国石油天然气集团公司原总经理廖永远受贿、巨额财产来源不明一案。德州市人民检察院派员出庭支持公诉，被告人廖永远及其辩护人到庭参加诉讼。

　　山东省德州市人民检察院起诉指控：1997年至2014年上半年，被告人廖永远利用担任塔里木油田勘探开发指挥部常务副指挥、指挥、塔里木油田公司经理、塔里木油田分公司总经理、四川石油管理局局长、中国石油天然气集团公司总经理助理、副总经理、总经理等职务上的便利，为相关单位和个人在企业经营、职务晋升等方面提供帮助，直接或通过特定关系人非法收受财物共计折合人民币1339.410173万元。另，廖永远对共计折合人民币2103.156904万元的财产不能说明来源。提请以受贿罪、巨额财产来源不明罪追究廖永远的刑事责任。
