Israel by default block all pornographic sites: look for open requests-IT information
Beijing time on November 3, according to foreign media reports, Israel lawmakers recently approved a new bill that will block all pornographic sites, exposed unless the user requires access to.
Israel Ministerial Committee unanimously approved the Bill, which will force the country's Internet company default review adult Web site. Supporters said the Bill, which is designed to stop young people watching the bad information.
In accordance with the provisions of the Act, any users who want access to online pornographic content will have to be told that their Internet service providers, either write, phone, or via a network connection.
Members of the Ministerial approval, Bill has now been transferred to the State of Israel, waiting for approval to become law.
At present, the Israel law requiring Internet service providers to create content blocking system, able to identify certain issues site, and prevent the user from accessing. But the system is turned off by default, users can request to open it. Lawmakers worry that many parents may not be aware of the existence of the system.

Some people expressed concerns about this, say the system may block other sites, such as breast cancer Web site. They also said that force the user to contact the company to access pornographic content will violate user privacy.

一些人对此表示担心，称该系统可能会封锁其他的网站，例如乳腺癌网站。他们还表示，迫使用户联系公司以访问色情内容将侵犯用户的隐私权。
法案的支持者则表示，新规定仍然允许用户浏览他们想要的内容，但能够在同时保护未成年人。
