　　中新网南昌11月3日电 （记者 王剑）江西省泰和县官方3日消息，“9.11”泰和废弃大桥坍塌重大责任事故案日前侦查完毕，涉案的8名犯罪嫌疑人已被警方刑事拘留。

　　9月11日上午，江西省泰和县一废弃老桥在拆除施工过程中发生坍塌。事故导致5人受伤（其中2人伤势较重），3人遇难。

　　泰和县政府3日在其官方网站发布的调查结果显示，施工方在对319国道泰和大桥老桥桥面进行拆除过程中，违反安全操作管理规定，冒险作业，导致发生桥面坍塌，造成多名施工人员掉入江中。

　　通报称，经查明，在这次责任事故中，有5人不同程度受伤，3人死亡，多台挖掘机及车辆掉入江中，损失巨大。

　　据通报，犯罪嫌疑人杨某光、尚某军、姜某华、陈某军、胡某银、尚某涛、江某因涉嫌重大责任事故罪于9月12日被泰和县公安局刑事拘留。此外，江西荣达爆破新技术开发有限公司、南京同大爆破工程有限公司及河南迅达爆破有限公司在319国道泰和大桥爆破拆除工程的招投标环节中存在串通投标行为。9月20日，江西荣达公司员工刘某厚因涉嫌串通投标罪被刑事拘留。
