  哈尔滨究竟有多堵?







  二三线城市道路拥堵日益严峻

  最堵之城——哈尔滨


  本季哈尔滨除了“荣登”首堵外,研究团队还发现,早晚高峰哈尔滨都是中国最堵。数据显示,哈尔滨早高峰从6点至7点都是中国最拥堵时刻;晚高峰17点同样中国最堵。想必,哈尔滨通勤族感受最深。


  快速路负重之城——北京


  本季中国快速路最堵的城市是北京,高峰拥堵延时指数高达2.24(延时指数越大表明越拥堵,延时指数等于2表示单位里程通过时间是通畅条件下的2倍),且北京的工作日快速路缓行和拥堵长达14小时,节假日快速路缓行长达9小时。


  主干路建设缺失之城——贵阳

  自驾之城——昆明

  修路之城——兰州


  兰州的地型竖起来像个沙漏,东西两侧大则中间处狭窄,这造成两个区域贯穿和关联度较弱,大部分车辆过度汇集,形成拥堵瓶颈点。此外,兰州从2016年的二季度开始至三季度,市区修路里程占比均超过2%,中国排名第三;同时,修路里程占比是10大堵城中最大的。研究团队认为,大范围的修路,影响到周边道路通行现状,从而会加重城市拥堵。


  治堵典范之城——杭州


  传统“堵城”杭州本季排名位于72名,大幅下降。从2016年杭州的拥堵趋势可以看出,杭州拥堵在7月份出现大幅、持续性缓解,这一缓解得益于杭州交警的“两冶一整专项行动”。


  从行动的时间上看,5月30日到7月4日集体整顿就有五次集中统一行动,随后又是7月最严整治,使得城市拥堵得以大幅缓解,交通路况接近自由流状态,异常畅通。此外,杭州开通了多条快速路,改变了很多“断头路”现象,有效缓解了拥堵。因此,本季杭州绝对是城市冶堵的“典范”。


  上班艰辛之城——重庆


  数据显示,重庆早高峰8点中国最拥堵,拥堵程度遥遥领先其它城市,且同时刻比北京拥堵9.1%,可谓上班最艰辛之城。


  下班艰辛之城——广州


  数据还显示,广州从下午至夜间有6个小时中国最堵,可谓下班艰辛之城。
