不仅是市场残酷，不给这些厂商机会，他们内部也是变数重重。最近就传出“联想集团高级副总裁、移动业务集团联席总裁陈旭东可能将不再负责联想移动的中国业务，该业务将由联想集团的另外一位副总裁乔健负责”的消息，值得注意的是，乔健此前负责的是联想的全球人力资源工作。

其实不仅仅是联想，在近一段时间，中兴、酷派和TCL内部都进行了换人和大重组，这些厂商以期通过内外改革重回昔日荣光。
但现实可能没有这么简单，以联想为例，在他们的移动业务节节下滑之后，他们不是没有想过办法：收购Moto移动业务，成立ZUK子品牌，让刘军离职扶陈旭东上位...
