近日网上流传的一段“揭秘大凉山公益作假”的视频引起热议。视频中，多名穿着朴素的村民被分为两排，手里都拿着崭新的百元大钞。一名黑衣男子说：“待会给你们发东西啊。”之后，另一名白衣男子从众人手里取回一沓沓百元大钞，并递给黑衣男子。黑衣男子将钱数好装回手提包后，又接着喊，“继续拍，排好队，排好队，我们继续拍！”
据了解，这段视频中的黑衣男子系快手平台中的主播“宿州杰哥”。此前，该主播曾在网上发布自己在大凉山一带做公益的视频，视频中“杰哥”挥舞着一沓人民币说：“各位铁粉们、黑粉们，我杰哥说到的话一定做到，我答应把这3万块钱全部发出去……发给这个村15位最贫困的家庭，每人2000元。”之后将钱挨个递到了身后村民的手中。此次被曝光的假捐款内容，就是在这场“公益直播”之后发生的。

假捐款行为被曝光前，“宿州杰哥”曾在直播中指责别的主播“演戏”，他说那些主播们不远万里来到凉山州做慈善，面对受捐对象时，都是“怎么惨怎么弄”。譬如往小孩脸上抹泥巴，让老人躺在地上呻吟，目的都是突出自己的悲惨，配合直播的镜头。
对此，一名凉山州知情人士在接受媒体采访时表示很愤怒，他认为这样的伪慈善不仅影响了凉山的形象，欺骗了当地民众的善良，而且给外界传递了错误的信息。
1000元钱反复发 主播开始互撕
被曝光“假装发钱”后，“宿州杰哥”先后又揭露多名公益主播“也在玩这一套”。
在自己的直播视频中，“宿州杰哥”揭露另一名因在大凉山“做公益”出名的主播“快手黑叔”，他称此人在发钱时“1000元钱反复发”，向一名老人发放1000元钱，拍完视频后再收回来发给下一名老人，先后总共发过7名老人。
遭揭黑的主播“快手黑叔”，在11月4日的直播中留言表示道歉，并在11月5日发布直播称，“对于大家的批评自己全部接受，以后不会再开启直播功能”。
另一名被质疑假公益的主播“山东梅姐”则不承认造假，而最先被曝光的主播“宿州杰哥”则在11月4日的直播中向粉丝表达了道歉，为了“证明自己的决心”，他在直播中当场喝下了一瓶84消毒液，随后被送往医院抢救。

11月6日下午1点50分，直播所在平台快手通过官方微博回应称，参与公益是善良的人们回报社会的方式，但是近期发现少数投机分子涉嫌假借公益之名行骗，平台已经冻结相关人员账号，并联系警方核查真相。
11月6日晚上8点，记者查询发现，直播软件内已经搜索不到“宿州杰哥”账号。
一个自称“宿州杰哥助理”的账户发布直播称，杰哥目前还在医院，希望能够得到粉丝和老婆的原谅。11月6日下午6点45分左右，“宿州杰哥”又出现了，他在这个“宿州杰哥助理”的账户发布直播，称自己“7日应该就能出院，今后会好好表现”。
记者了解到，目前四川凉山州布拖县等地的公安及民政部门已经开始联合调查处理此事。
北京君佑律师事务所于磊律师介绍称，慈善类捐款是不能撤回的，当事村民可以通过民事诉讼要求主播将钱退还自己。
于磊律师告诉记者，至于刑事方面责任，如果当事主播确有慈善行为，只是通过视频传播进行炒作宣传那么只能算作道德问题。如果他以此为幌子在直播中骗取粉丝钱款，受骗网友可直接向公安机关报案，追究骗人者相关刑责。
假公益直播比摆拍式公益更恶心
这些年，我们常听说一些走过场甚至是做假戏的“摆拍式公益”。而“假公益直播”的恶劣程度，比起“摆拍式公益”有过之而无不及。
毋庸置疑，“假公益直播”是对困难家庭的欺骗愚弄，他们亟须外界帮扶救助，等来的却是“假公益”，自己还成为活道具。
“假公益直播”的误导面不止如此。“直播+公益”原本意在打造新型的公益传播方式，让公益活动获得更多关注，依靠互联网的力量聚集更多善款。
可“假公益直播”却在以骗网民上钩的方式消解“公益”的善意，这已不只是沽名钓誉那么简单。“发钱拍完就收回”，这类打着“公益”幌子的直播造假，非但没有任何“公益”可言，更是反公益的。
比起那些为“吸粉”、“刷礼物”而衍生的各种“搏出位”直播乱象，“假公益直播”更让人恶心。
假公益直播已构成民事上的欺诈，根据新出台的慈善法规定，开展慈善活动应当遵循非营利原则，借公益之名行牟利之实显然涉嫌违法。将于12月1日生效的《互联网直播服务管理规定》，也有对直播造假方面的规定。在此背景下，执法机关应及时介入、依法查处，而平台方面也要尽到应尽的监管之责，别放任其横行。对这种最无耻的行为，我们不能忍，也不该忍。（何勇海）
