从前夜开始下的一场雨，让郑州街头到处湿漉漉。花园路上辅仁大厦的楼道里摆着各种颜色的雨伞，在这里上班的员工，要再过一周才能享受到城市供暖。
下午时分，10楼西侧的小会议室正在召开一个内部会议。一个年轻人坐在对面办公室靠近门口的桌子后面，从这可以直接看到对面会议室的门。年轻人是朱文臣的助手，他跟记者一样在等待朱文臣。
四点二十分，紧闭的会议室门打开，年轻人来不及将手机息屏，直接起身出门迎上一个低矮的中年人，并和从会议室出来的年轻人护送他到楼下的办公室。
中年人穿着一身休闲夹克，胳膊上是一个白色图案的logo。这是朱文臣，2012年被胡润以身价76亿元位列财富榜第166位，成为新晋河南首富。与首富光环相对应的是，最近一年多被下属妻子实名举报多种罪名，而深陷舆论漩涡。
《中国经营报》记者在走廊里同他打了招呼，这显然出乎朱文臣的意料。近一年多来，许多媒体希望就其被举报对下属打击报复、违反计划生育超生、涉嫌骗贷等问题采访，但都被其拒绝。
面对记者，朱文臣言语有些犹疑。在下属拥护下快步从十楼步梯走下九楼，整层基本上自己的办公场地。
在通向九楼的步梯设置了一道门，上边写着“此门关闭”。这意味着平时只有通过电梯才能到达九楼，而九楼电梯门口有专门保安驻守。而走进九楼楼道，需要再经过一道密码门才能进到他的办公室。事实上外人在一楼大厅就会被保安拦下。
几道关卡让这位河南首富的办公室固若金汤。

朱文臣一进办公室就坐在宽大办公桌后边，随后就有下属进来逐个递过去一份份文件，他一边和《中国经营报》记者说话，一边在其中一份“付款申请”文件上签上自己的名字。
显然，他很忙。若他独处时，他抬头正好看到对面墙上的巨幅牡丹富贵图，上边花团锦簇，花开正艳。这也是典型的中式审美与和谐之道。
朱文臣是辅仁集团的“核心”。
1995年5月，29岁的朱文臣创建河南辅仁药业有限公司。3年后组建河南辅仁药业集团，2001年“在朱文臣的带领下开始走上兼并重组之路，通过并购重组成为一个拥有多家全资、控股子公司的优秀企业“。
在河南历届首富中，朱文臣与李伟均算是资本运作高手。只不过，思念系成长了一批富有实战经验的职业经理人，而辅仁，外界更多知道的是朱文臣一人：中国人大代表、河南首富和辅仁董事长。
就连辅仁集团旗下的宋河粮液推出新的产品，也是朱文臣亲自接受媒体采访。
在辅仁集团高管中，有许多是朱文臣的嫡系亲属。辅仁集团内部人士告诉记者，老子无为而治思想对朱文臣影响很大。在今年中国两会上，朱文臣还以人大代表身份提出关于支持老子文化与老子故里申遗的建议。老子故里鹿邑也正是朱文臣家乡。
朱文臣曾就企业的盈利模式进行分享，他认为创新应该是主导，其次才是管理。
对于被冒死实名举报引发的舆论事件，朱文臣不愿太多回应。不过他还是谈了事情的进展：河南省国资委和证监会一直在调查，已经有两个月了。尚没有结果出来。
武姣姣的举报信显示，殊死博弈的双方原本关系不错：多年前其亲属在朱文臣危难之时，对他有救命之恩，也喝过朱文臣小儿子的满月酒，当时朱文臣的大儿子也在。此外，朱文臣的女儿们经上海乘机去美国，也是其家属亲自接待。
“超生的这些子女都是亲眼所见”。朱文臣共有6名子女。其中有5名子女是妻子所生，小女儿为情妇所生。武姣姣甚至在举报信中附录了“超生子女”的身份证号。
2015年5月19日晚，河南鹿邑县警方将邱云樵从上海家里带走，这让武娇娇在此后一年多为丈夫迂回奔走四处举报。武姣姣曾告诉媒体，她在一月内向多个政府部门投递了129封举报信。
邱云樵曾经与朱文臣合作了十六年。从20多岁结识朱文臣，一直在辅仁集团做到上海辅仁实业董事总经理职位。
而今对于岳云樵，朱文臣称“那是犯罪分子“，“已经判了，判了十六年”。
辅仁的成长壮大得益于一系列的并购，其中吞下宋河酒业是关键一步。彼时辅仁还名不见经传，而宋河酒业出产的宋河粮液系列白酒早已是知名品牌，这次至关重要的收购中，邱云樵起到了重要作用。
曾经的创业伙伴缘何走到今天？一笔800万元的费用是否应当收取，成为邱云樵身陷囹圄的关键。
邱云樵妻子武娇娇在举报材料中称，2010年深圳平安创新资本投资有限公司花1.451亿元购买河南省宋河酒业股份有限公司10.79%。这笔投资引荐人正是邱云樵。
辅仁集团实际控制人朱文臣安排人于2010年6月、8月分两次从辅仁集团郑州办事处对公账户汇入上海平安投资公司汪元刚指定的其岳母邵中娥个人银行卡，第一次汇款1500万元、第二次汇款500万元。
武娇娇在举报信中称这两笔汇款系邱云樵向朱文臣汇报，征得其同意后由朱文臣亲自安排人办理的两笔商业贿赂。武娇娇称，邱云樵收取的这800万元正是按比例收取的佣金，应归属为合法收入。
鹿邑县公安局侦查显示：2010年，邱云樵利用为河南辅仁药业集团旗下企业——河南省宋河酒业股份有限公司引进投资的职务便利，通过其司机韩某某账户与其妻武某某账户分别收受600万元和200万元，合计800万元。
这笔钱中的一部分被用来购买了一辆“玛莎拉蒂”轿车，一套位于海南的高档别墅。
武娇娇在举报信中称，这是一笔800万元的融资奖励，是公司财务经过朱文臣的同意转到邱云樵的账户上的，“所谓的‘职务侵占罪’是子虚乌有”。
“朱文臣操纵当地司法，利用相关机构做武器，打击公司内部人以及合作伙伴，迫害高管们放弃股权。举报是被迫害后的愤怒之举，是无奈之举，但举报情况绝对属实！”
武娇娇举报信中披露朱文臣“通过虚构项目和虚假账务处理，将骗取的贷款转移据为己有”。朱文臣在洛杉矶的阿卡迪亚购买豪宅，在旧金山的纳帕溪谷买酒庄。
虽然作为董事长位居“河南首富”，但朱文臣实际控制的辅仁集团不断在ST和*ST公司中转换，上市公司19年未分红，成为股民心中一只实实在在的“铁公鸡”。
《中国经营报》记者一再询问，朱文臣始终未就具体问题作出回答，显得泰然自若。尽管过去一年多时间里，关于他的实名举报让他及辅仁的声誉受到极为严重的影响。
朱文臣建议记者去采访政府部门，而他作为被调查对象不便说什么。
但朱文臣仍经常出现在媒体报道中，只不过通常是以人大代表身份，或者是谈论企业创新等对企业和其本人正向影响的内容。
就在上个月，朱文臣还担任“青年豫商领袖成长论坛”的导师。他寄语创业青年：应该坚定信念、不怕失败、敢于创新、善于创新，才能有更多的出路。
针对朱文臣超生，鹿邑县已经成立联合调查小组，但是迄今为止尚未有结果出来。此前山东蓝翔技校校长荣兰祥因违规生育6名子女而被免去中国人大代表职务。
《中国经营报》记者多次拨打武娇娇在举报信中所留的手机号码，但一直处于关机状态。而这个手机号码，原本是她的丈夫邱云樵所用的两个手机号之一。
九楼大厅“辅仁集团”前台，放置着一艘精致的木制帆船，桅杆上刻着“一帆风顺”，但辅仁这艘大船显然行驶的并不平顺。
据悉，鹿邑县公安局原局长赵建设目前已被双规，副局长刘政和政委被免职，检察长韩晓相被多人实名举报。武娇娇将这些称之为“邱云樵案的侦办人员”。
两个月前，朱文臣刚刚度过50岁生日。子曰“五十而知天命”，这句话对于朱文臣来说，或许有着更为深长的意味。
