涉嫌贪腐财物折合人民币共计5.7亿多元！这一数额，使得66岁的庄耀超越受贿3亿余元的于铁义（龙煤矿业控股集团物资供应分公司原副总经理），成为中国“第一贪”。
11月1日至3日，广东茂名市中院公开审理了广东物资集团原董事长庄耀受贿、贪污和故意销毁会计账簿一案。该案未当庭宣判。
庄耀是谁？这个曾经的厅级官员有着怎样的履历？5.7亿的涉案金额，又是怎么来的？
“典型案例”庄耀
涉案时间跨度14年
封面新闻（thecover.cn）记者了解到，根据公诉机关指控，庄耀涉案的时间跨度长达14年，可分为三个阶段：
1999年至2009年，庄耀涉嫌利用职务便利，单独或伙同他人，非法占有公共财物，共计折合人民币55437万余元；
2002年至2012年，涉嫌为他人谋取巨额不正当利益，并非法收受贿赂共计折合人民币1650万元；
2013年8月，涉嫌伙同他人销毁广东名居房地产服务有限公司会计账册。
记者注意到，会计帐册被销毁时，庄耀已退休近4年。也正是在帐册销毁第二年，2014年10月，64岁的庄耀因涉嫌严重违纪问题被调查。他因此成为当时广东退休时间最长的被查“厅官”，也因此成了“反腐不退休”的典型案例。
“中国劳模”庄耀
曾让国企起死回生
1950年，庄耀出生于广东省普宁市，曾是原海南牙叉农场知青。青年时代，他就读于中山大学经济系。
大学毕业后，庄耀一直从事经济管理和行政领导工作，1987年被评为首批高级经济师。上世纪90年代，他曾担任广东省物价局副局长。任职期间，他是广东最早提出“政府机关职能应由管理型改为管理服务型”观点的人之一。
1996年，46岁的庄耀成为广东物资集团总公司总经理。资料显示，该公司最早是1951年成立的广东物资管理局，后改为物资供应局、物资供应公司，1983年改名为物资总公司，1995年改为物资集团总公司。
庄耀当时的到任，曾被外界认为接手了一个“烂摊子”。彼时的广东物资集团总公司，账面亏损达1.3亿元。而在1994年以前，该集团是广东纳税大户，向国家上缴利润1亿多元。
据当时的报道，为突破债务重围，争得生存机会，庄耀一上任即对集团的“官本位”体制和现状来了个“大手术”。在向领导干部的“位子、房子、车子、票子”开刀后，他又针对公司存在的诸多弊端，进行了一场“止血、清欠、节支、求谅”的改革。
经过一系列改革，该集团扭亏为盈，从1997年起，经营规模保持年均20%以上增速，逐步成为广东省属国有大型骨干企业以及国家重点培育的中国20家流通领域大集团之一。目前已更名广物控股集团有限公司的该企业，已实现年营业总收入近千亿，位居“2015中国企业500强”第157位，列省属国有企业首位。

曾表示不抽烟不喝酒不去夜总会
在该集团工作期间，庄耀先后担任过总经理、党委副书记、董事长、党委书记等职。
随着企业这场“起死回生”的翻身仗，庄耀各种荣誉加身。
1999年，庄耀被母校中山大学聘为客座教授，被批准为硕士生导师。之后，他又先后被授予“广东省五一劳动奖章”、“中国内贸系统劳动模范”、“广东省劳动模范”。2005年，还被授予“中国劳动模范”。
“对那些损害集团利益、吃里扒外的人，我是最不能容忍的”。庄耀曾向媒体表示，“我对目前的收入是满意的（平均月收入在4000至5000元）。我既不吸烟，又不喝酒，也不去泡‘夜总会’，基本没什么额外开销。因此，目前的收入，对一个三口之家来说，还是蛮够用的。”13年前的2003年，庄耀接受媒体采访时曾如此表示。

曾有多条建议得到领导批示
2010年11月，60岁的庄耀“功成身退”。退休后的他，于2011年5月被任命为广东省人民政府参事，聘期5年。
直到他走上法院，封面新闻记者依然在广东省参事室官网上查到了他的多条建议。
比如，2012年1月15日，也就是庄耀出任参事8个月后，时任广东省委常委、常务副省长的肖志恒对他撰写的《要善待第四次外来新移民》（《参事建议》2011年第70期）作了批示，表示：“所拟建议很好！”
比如，2012年6月8日，广东省政府副秘书长对庄耀撰写的《关于解决招工难、换工率过高的建议》（《广东参事馆员建议》2012年第14期）作出批示。表示“此文分析有理有据，提出建议富有建设性。建议转有关部门阅研。”
“案中案”庄耀
其女下属涉嫌“与上司长期通奸”
在庄耀退休近4年后，其涉嫌贪腐的行为被披露。
2014年10月17日，广东省纪委“南粤清风网”通报，庄耀涉嫌严重违纪问题被调查。一年后的2015年9月底，庄耀涉嫌滥用职权、贪污、受贿犯罪案，由广东省检察院侦查终结，移送审查起诉。又是一年后的2016年11月1日至3日，他被送上了茂名市中院。
封面新闻记者从庭审材料中发现，虽然法院未对外公布庄耀涉嫌违法的具体细节，但其伙同他人销毁广东名居房地产服务有限公司会计帐册的信息，却引出了另外一起案件。
在中国企业信用信息公示系统，封面新闻记者检索到广东名居房地产服务有限公司。发现该公司成立于2002年05月29日，2012年10月10日吊销。此外，该公司在百度搜索平台上，留有的信息显示其注册地址位于北较场横路12号18楼，公司联系人名为李晓红。值得注意的是，该公司注册地址与广物控股集团都位于物资大厦内。
李晓红是谁呢？
据广东省国资委纪委2015年2月通报，李晓红另一身份为物资集团公司下属广东生活环境无害化处理中心原党支部书记、副主任。
通报还透露，李晓红2003年底涉嫌伙同上司庄某将公司经营管理费用40万元占为己有。先后向庄某贿送共计25万元和广州某公司的60%干股。与上司长期通奸。但公开信息无法查询李晓红送出的60%干股，是否属于名居房地产服务有限公司。
李晓红现状如何？
封面新闻记者了解到，2016年3月21日，茂名市检察院决定，依法对李晓红以涉嫌贪污罪、故意销毁会计账簿罪向茂名中院提起公诉。而茂名中院，也是庄耀受审的地方。

曾表示做房地产就像印钞票
被查前的庄耀，曾担任广东省政协委员，并常常发出惊人之语。
封面新闻记者查询到近7年广东媒体有关庄耀的报道，发现从2009年开始，他常就楼市“放炮”。
比如，2009年广东省政协十届二次会议大会即席发言，庄耀提出政府应停建经济适用房。他还建议放开买二套、三套房的限制政策，“让有钱有能力的人去买第二、第三套房子，他们住不了会出租出来，没钱买房的人租房来住”。
再比如，2010年，广东省委十届六次全会分组讨论时，庄耀曾大谈“卖楼生意经”。他表示，2009年初，广东物资集团大举入市买地，其中广州大学城地块买入时只有3000多元/平方米，而年底拍出的大学城“地王”价已达9503元/平方米。他当时称“做房地产就像印钞票。”他也正是因此，被网友称为“最牛房产商”。
2011年，庄耀在省政协十届四次会议分组讨论时再出豪言，称中国人多地少，所以土地价格肯定高，而地价高的好处就是政府有钱收，可以搞建设，用来建高铁、搞城建。
不过到了2012年广东“两会”期间，“大炮”庄耀不再发声。据南方网报道，当时第12组组长“撺掇”庄耀就楼市发言，有人还趁机把话筒放在他面前。但坐在角落的庄耀沉默数秒后微微摇头，起身把话筒移到前排委员的桌面，“还是你们说吧！”
在分组讨论会上，庄耀也几乎一言不发。而且，当有委员引用他的“印钞票论”时，他连连摆手，“那不是我说的，我没说过那句话。”
