人力资源专家、江苏百得人力资源集团副总裁姜文锐认为，应届生在求职时适当突出自己与众不同的兴趣爱好或是实践经历，可以让简历显得更“出挑”。但应该注意的是，简历制作虽然可以跳出千人一面的刻板模式，但不能求新太甚，更不能盲目跟风。
城市选择面更广

创业精神受欢迎
