当地公安机关已介入调查，若获证实，这种伪慈善实属恶劣。披着慈善马甲，却行不义之事，即便不对穷人温柔以待，也不该把他们当成道具。除了“慈善”之外，该事件还有两个关键词：一个是直播，一个是主播。涉事主播在直播平台上卖力表演“慈善”，所消费的不只是凉山农民的善良，还有粉丝的爱心，“只要人人都献出一点爱，主播赚到的就是满满一口袋”。
只要能名利双收，就不停秀下限，已成为不少主播的套路。纵观那些灰色化生存的网络主播，大抵有三个特点。一是有胆量、无底线。什么都敢直播，无所不用其极，你敢直播捅马蜂窝，我就敢直播吃玻璃，信奉比丑、比刺激的“撩人”逻辑。二是重迎合、无节制。不怕表演粗鄙，只怕无人打赏，信奉“越猎奇越有受众，越敢挑战越能获得掌声”的商业逻辑，目的很明确——换来真金白银式的“犒赏”，以及不断攀升的粉丝数量。三是大尺度、无约束。一些主播尺度颇大，极尽魅惑，但所在的直播平台仿佛视而不见。只要无人举报，不被监管部门“盯”上，平台便若无其事、置身事外。
互联网应该是阿里巴巴的宝库，而不能沦为潘多拉的魔盒。众所周知，2016年被称为“中国网络直播元年”，各种直播平台井喷般涌现。据中国互联网络信息中心发布的第三十八次《中国互联网络发展状况统计报告》，截至今年6月，网络直播用户规模达到3.25亿，占网民总体的45.8%。另据不完全统计，目前国内已有数百家网络直播平台。尽管行为失检的网络主播只是少数，但他们给正在成长中的直播业带来隐患。
一方面，全民移动直播的时代款款而至，技术改造生活，这是科技的魅力。另一方面，网络直播泥沙俱下，直播平台乱象丛生，不乏淫秽色情、暴力、赌博、诈骗等违法违规信息。新生行业既需要发展空间，也离不了适当监管。如果相关从业者只顾踩油门，追求飙车式的快感，把不准方向盘，就面临倾覆的危险。网络直播业亦不例外。对于主播而言，不该靠满足粉丝的窥视欲、猎奇心、恶趣味而博出位；对于平台而言，更应该尽到监管责任，野蛮成长毕竟难以持续，吹大的虚假繁荣最容易破裂。
日前，国家互联网信息办公室正式发布《互联网直播服务管理规定》，对平台、主播和用户的行为进行规范，对新闻信息直播提出了资质要求。更早一些，国家新闻出版广电总局颁布《关于加强网络视听节目直播服务管理有关问题的通知》，强调“开展网络视听节目直播服务应具有相应资质”。毫无疑问，对网络直播的监管越来越制度化，也越来越法治化。但从制度安排到层层落实，尚有不短距离。遏制乱象，从提高门槛到实时监督再到事后惩处，每个环节都不能失守。直播因其实时性的特点，管理难度较高，从业者们更应超越狭隘的功利主义，站在科技时代的高地上，勇于承担使命，不让责任抛锚，整个行业才越来越有前景。
