　　中新网柳州11月8日电 （兰钰烨）广西柳州市柳北区人民法院8日对一起生产、销售不符合安全标准的食品案件做出一审判决。三名男子生产销售假盐共计20余吨，分别被判处一年至两年不等的有期徒刑，并处人民币2万元至5万元不等的罚金。

　　公诉机关指控，2015年7月11日起至9月17日期间，被告人覃某修先后19次从张某林（另处理）处购进生产、包装好的假“桂山”牌海藻碘盐共计914包，总重量19.651吨。并将假“桂山”牌海藻碘盐销售往柳州市区及周边县市乡镇的商店、食品调味批发部等。同年9月17日，覃某修在将一批假盐送往销售地点时被广西来宾市盐务管理局查获。

　　此后的2015年10月至11月13日期间，被告人覃某修、覃某亮、覃某浪三人共同出资，从张某林处购进饲料添加剂氯化钠作为原料，购进印刷好的假“桂山”牌海藻碘精制盐包装袋、封口机及封包机等生产工具后，三被告人以柳江县拉堡镇一民房作为生产地点，将饲料添加剂氯化钠生产、包装成假“桂山”牌海藻碘精制盐约280包，总重量约6吨。并将生产出的假“桂山”牌海藻碘盐销售往柳州市部分菜市、批发零售商店、摊点及南宁市等地。

　　经广西壮族自治区盐业产品质量监督检验站检验，三名被告所生产、销售的上述假“桂山”牌海藻碘盐中碘、亚铁氰化钾不符合《绿色食品食用盐》（NY/T1040）精制盐指标要求及国家食用盐安全标准，均为不合格绿色食品食用盐。

　　法院审理后认为，被告人覃某修明知其购进并用于销售的盐不符合食品安全标准而进行销售，被告人覃某修、覃某亮、覃某浪明知所购进的原料是饲料添加剂氯化钠，而结伙购买并生产加工成不符合食品安全标准的盐进行销售，均足以造成碘缺乏引起严重食源性疾病，其行为均构成生产、销售不符合安全标准的食品罪。

　　据此，法院判处覃某修有期徒刑两年，并处罚金人民币五万元。覃某亮和覃某浪被判处有期徒刑一年，并处罚金人民币两万元，三名被告均未提起上诉。（完）
