在天上蹬自行车的感觉和地面不一样,有点像是躺着蹬的感觉,不太容易使劲,还挺累的。

王林杰解说:他们蹬车锻炼比我们预期好很多。从记录来看,陈冬在太空蹬车的运动量峰值接近他在地面的最高水准。】

这些天,我们还进行了跑步锻炼,跑台上设计了束缚系统。跑台锻炼都是按照方案来做的。

中国人之前没有在太空跑过步,这是第一次。其实,我们前两天刚开始跑步的时候,都跑不起来。直到第三天,景师兄跑起来了,还一下子跑了一小时,地面工作人员对我们的要求是半小时。当时他很兴奋,还专门申请和地面通话,把这个喜讯告诉大家。

王林杰解说:航天员对解决问题有好奇心,就是不信跑不起来。我们分析,最初跑不起来,是姿态控制的问题,对于刚到太空的人来说,姿态适应需要时间。】

一些地面上的高难度动作,在天上就很容易完成了,像翻跟头、漂浮等。天上跟地面不一样,平常不怎么用的肌肉,现在成了关键的肌肉了。比如,上臂的力量比在地面上更重要。在地面上站或坐,人们都说“下盘要稳”,而在天上更多用到上肢,移动位置都要用手扒着过去。这些肌肉我们都需要加强锻炼。

这次我们结合自行车、跑步,还做了失重心血管研究实验,简称CDS实验,分为动态和静态测试。我们在锻炼的时候,会在左手带一个指套,记录逐搏血压等。锻炼前后,还会测超声图像,对比运动前后的变化。
