　　2016年11月10日，山东省泰安市中级人民法院一审公开开庭审理了国家工商行政管理总局原副局长孙鸿志受贿、贪污、巨额财产来源不明一案。

　　山东省泰安市人民检察院起诉指控：2002年至2014年，被告人孙鸿志利用其担任吉林省煤炭工业局副局长、党组书记、局长、中共松原市委副书记、松原市人民政府市长、国家工商行政管理总局广告监督管理司司长、国家工商行政管理总局副局长等职务上的便利以及职权和地位形成的便利条件，为25家单位或个人在承揽工程、职务晋升等事项上谋取利益，本人或者通过其妻子非法收受他人给予的财物，共计折合人民币1 420万余元。

　　2009年春节前至2014年11月，被告人孙鸿志利用担任松原市人民政府市长的职务便利，侵吞公款164万余元。

　　截至案发前，被告人孙鸿志家庭财产及支出共计折合人民币3 579万余元，其中能够说明来源的财产共计折合人民币2 625万余元，被告人孙鸿志对折合人民币953万余元的财产不能说明来源。

　　庭审中，公诉机关出示了相关证据，孙鸿志及其辩护人进行了质证，控辩双方在法庭的主持下充分发表了意见，孙鸿志还进行了最后陈述，当庭表示认罪、悔罪。

　　中国、山东省、泰安市三级人大代表、政协委员，新闻记者及各界群众80余人旁听了庭审。

　　庭审结束后法庭宣布休庭，择期宣判。
