马来西亚警方捣毁中国籍残疾人行乞团伙 解救14人|马来西亚|行乞_新闻资讯

　　央视网消息：9日，马来西亚警方宣布捣毁了一个有组织的行乞团伙，抓获团伙首领1人及6名负责接送行乞者的司机，并解救出14名中国籍残疾行乞者。

　　吉隆坡警察总监艾玛尔·辛格向媒体表示：被解救出的14名中国籍残疾行乞者中，最小的21岁，最大的53岁，警方并未在此次行动中发现未成年人参与行乞，也未发现这些残疾行乞者有被殴打或虐待的迹象，他们的残疾状况应该是在来到马来西亚之前造成的。

　　警方已经认定一名44岁的中国籍男子为此行乞团伙首领，并怀疑他自2016年5月份以来在吉隆坡茨厂街附近租下酒店房间提供给行乞者居住，并安排司机送他们到各地去乞讨，行乞者的活动区域主要集中在吉隆坡和雪兰莪州华人以及中国人较多的地方。另外参与接送行乞者的6名司机全部为本地华人。

　　警方还在此次行动中查获了现金，包括近6，000马来西亚林吉特（约合人民币10，000元）以及一定数量的泰铢、新加坡币和人民币，这说明此团伙有可能还涉及多国跨境行乞活动。（央视记者 朱雪松）
