　　南方日报讯 （记者/沈梦怡 见习记者/曹丹龄）近日，一则《关于董明珠同志免职的通知》在网上流传，内文显示董明珠已于10月下旬被免去了格力集团董事长的职务。记者从珠海市国资委获悉，该《通知》属实，董明珠已不再在格力集团任职，今后仅为格力电器的董事长兼总裁和法定代表人。

　　根据这则《通知》，珠海市国资委在10月18日对格力集团董事会发出了通知：“免去董明珠同志珠海格力集团有限公司董事长、董事、法定代表人职务”。目前格力集团官方平台未发布与这则《通知》相关的消息。

　　珠海市国资委相关负责人告诉记者，按照规定，上市公司和所属集团的董事长一般是不能兼任的，“现在国资委是在慢慢理顺这个关系，是正常的人事调整，不会影响到格力电器的经营。” 格力集团新任董事长人选目前并未公布。
