　　据此次救援工作的副指挥长、蠡县副县长吴素杰介绍，11月6日上午，该县鲍墟乡中孟尝村村民赵向阳带领女儿和儿子赵梓聪到地里挖白菜，在挖完将要返回时，发现三轮车不能发动，后叫来地邻赵子康帮忙。在三轮车发动过程中，孩子无人看管，不慎落入废弃的机井中。事件发生后，赵梓聪家长及时向县公安局110报警，并向中孟尝村“两委”求救。公安局110和中孟尝村干部接到求救后，迅速派出救助人员赶赴现场，第一时间展开救援。同时，鲍墟乡将该情况上报到县委、县政府。

　　该县第一时间启动突发事件应急预案，成立了现场指挥机构，展开了有序救援。同时，蓝天救援队、直隶救援队、保定及时雨救援队、保定春雨爱心公益团、博野新夕阳爱心协会、高阳爱心协会、安国市青年志愿者、蠡县爱心群等20多个志愿团体也陆续加入到救援中。

　　吴素杰透露，此次救援得到了社会各界的极大关注和支持，来自蠡县各乡镇及博野、清苑、肃宁、高阳、饶阳、曲阳、任丘、唐县等地的社会救援力量自发、无偿赶到现场参与救援。截至救援结束，参与救援的挖掘机、铲车、运土车、推土机等大型机械车辆达165辆，挖掘土方近30万方，共接收社会捐款17余万元人民币，接受鸡蛋2200斤，方便面、水、奶、面包、饮料及其他食品11000多件，柴油28吨，护壁管8个、棉大衣600件、棉鞋300双。（完）
